They got my order wrong. It was way over priced considering the chicken was dry from being overcooked, the rice was crunchy and the flavors were bland.

The food was dry and not fresh at all. The waiters were friendly but not very attentive, especially for being right next to us. The price for the food was also unreasonable expensive. I wouldn’t go back.

Veggies barely cooked, very bland noodles, and all spice for kung Pao was in one corner of the dish.

My wife and I went quite literally went in like 10 minutes ago and I just have to say this hands down one of the best chinese cuisines I have had in a very long time. My wife is currently pregnant and she has been cranky because she hasn't been able to eat anything and I haven't seen her this happy about food in awhile. This definitely made her entire week. Also I'm sorry for bowing, I had food in my mouth. I promise I wasn't trying to be weird 😭

We did take out so I can't speak to atmosphere. The food was ready quickly. From ordering online to pick up to home was 18 minutes. Perhaps that should have been a clue. There were large portions but the food itself was not good. The orange chicken was bland. The combo fried rice, very bland. The spring rolls at least had dipping sauce but otherwise greasy bland little rolls.
Will not be ordering from here again.

Atmosphere isn’t bad, but could be better. Staff are always very friendly. And the food is some of the best I’ve found in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Large portions but very bland mediocre food. Super disappointed. Really not sure why they have such high ratings. It’s really not great. I’m adding sauces from home to try and spice it up.

I ordered the orange chicken and kong pao. Orange chicken barely had any sauce, again super flavorless. The kong pao was mostly hard vegetables, not at all spicy and super bland. Chicken is chopped into little tiny pieces that just get lost in all the veggies. Don’t waist your money here.

Edit: Since it won't let me respond to your reply. If you look at my review history, I typically only write positive reviews. 98% of the reviews I write are 5 stars. Giving my honest opinion that the food was disappointing was not libel, it was my honest opinion that I regretted spending my money at your establishment. I did not slander anything besides my opinion of the food. This is what reviews are for, if you are incapable of hearing any criticism regarding your product, without seeing it as a personal offense, then it makes sense why the food is bland. Im starting to wonder if the positive reviews are mostly members of the community just trying to be supportive, which lane county (as much as I love the supportiveness behind it) is known for doing. But as someone who doesn't go out often, I would want to know if the food I spent money on was going to be disappointing. Im allowed to write my review here, and your response, while Im really not in it to get a refund - is unprofessional and lacks accountability. The size of the chicken could have been small, and that would have been just fine, if the food actually tasted good. Not the point of my review.

$18 for a dozen mediocre wings (and just the mid sections, no drum sticks)
