Sorry but the food has gone down hill. The bacon tasted like paper, no flavor at all. How? It was as thin as paper too. The bacon and sausage were both cold. Which is not appealing. For the money the food should be better than this! Definitely not coming back. It's just a bummer.

Where to begin, we are staying at the comfort inn next door. Walked over and got my order only to bring it back to the room and find only one set of utensils for our food. Upon further inspection my toast was missing, no biggie I'll run back and get it, called and picked up the cold toast that was in a paper bag under a heat lamp. Back the room find out we are also missing the dipping sauce for the chicken strips. Wasn't going back again for the third time. Bacon was burnt as well and the hash browns hardly cooked. It did not look very busy at all, so disappointed. I think the Denny's is just a store front for the video poker in the back.

I am very disappointed. I haven't been to Denny's in years but I woke up wanting biscuits and gravy and hash browns. Went in and ordered a biscuits and gravy breakfast but got no hash browns!

Staff nice, never gotten an order wrong, flexible service. If I had the choice to go out to eat anywhere I wanted, I would eat here. Good cheesecake.

I was becoming a regular customer at this Denny’s. Sometimes breakfast, sometimes lunch or dinner. But after tonight and the way the manager treated my partner, baby and I we will go up the hill if we really need Denny’s.
Katherine or Katie was our server. We were sat by the usual guy with the mass of dark hair. He was perfectly polite, as he has always been. He took our drink order and came back with it. We were looking forward to the meal as my partner had been enjoying the steak special that is on Wednesdays. Katie came once to ask if we were ready. We asked for another few moments and she heaved an annoyed sigh before running off. She didn’t come back for another 6 mins though we closed our menus and she passed our table a couple times. I got fed up so when she walked by the next time I said we’re ready to order when you get the chance. Mind you the place wasn’t any more or less busy than it ever is. She comes a few moments later takes our order. She comes back with bananas and acts mad when I ask for a coffee refill. She comes back with our food and our check. I ordered something I hadn’t tried previously (nachos) and due to a difference in menu description and actual serving (listed ground beef served in a chilli sauce) I was unable to eat it. Katie never returned to ask how our meal was, and when my partner flagged her down and asked if I could order something else, she didn’t get me a menu, ask if something was wrong with my nachos, just keeps leaning away from the both like she’s trying to run away and so I asked for a salad. She brought the salad and the new ticket. No mention of the nachos, no attempt to refill a drink one (save the smoothies my partner kept ordering but drinks that should get refills weren’t offered). I tried to eat the salad but it honestly looked like she had chosen every veg that was close to going spoilt for it and a tomato was rotten when I bit into it I had to rush to the bathroom and be sick. We went to leave and my partner asked for the nachos to be taken off as we hadn’t touched them but a bite and the dark haired young man went and got Katie who rudely told my partner that the meat sauce was fine and she wasn’t taking it off. Though I think that was a bad move as a manager we paid for it no big. But Katie made me feel very unwelcome. Katie needs to be reminded that customers don’t have to choose your diner, and your service and atmosphere are what bring people back. It absolutely gasted my flabbers to hear this woman was the manager?!!! I will be contacting the store tomorrow to hopefully get in touch with Brittany, her supervisor. Have the night you deserve Katie!
