Was not told about an extra $6 in a delivery fee until after they ran my card and I questioned it was told 40 minutes and it's now been over an hour and I still don't have my food they offered to refund the delivery fee but they have to refund the whole thing and then I would have to reorder my pizzas becoming more and more ridiculous and I really don't want to order from them ever again my pizza showed up after an hour and 20 minutes when I was told 40 minutes and then I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and they sent me a pizza with jalapenos on it which I cannot eat worst Pizza experience ever

A few days ago, I ordered what was supposed to be Mango Habanero chicken wings from your Q street location in Springfield, Oregon.
Let me tell you, I've been ordering dominos pizza for like 15 years, I absolutely love your pizza. From the garlicky dough in your pizza, your amazing bread bites, and your tender wings!
I've never not been satisfied, that is until lately. I ordered what was supposed to be mango habanero wings. They came dry, there was little to no sauce or flavor, it was just baked chicken at that point. Usually, it comes full of sauce and flavor and the wings are moist and juicy, but this wasnt the case this time unfortunately.

They seem to have an issue with timing on online orders. Many times now, I pick up an online order after the allotted time said by the website, and they have barely started. That aside, the food is great and the staff are friendly.

We ordered our pizza online and it said it would take 30 minutes to arrive. We waited over an hour, called the location waited for 10 minutes to talk to someone who lied to us about when our food was made. After being called out he gave a half ass apology and said there was nothing he could do.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from here. Always take 45+ minutes for your order, sometimes longer. No exaggeration, every time. I’ll order 30 minutes in advance, show up, and they haven’t even started it and always say “sorry we have been swamped, or sorry we are short staffed”
We use the app to order and pickup. We should have stuck with a pizza. We decided to try something different. BAD Idea. You pay $8.99 per sandwich and this is what it looks like. I ordered a Bacon, chicken, ranch, cheese, Not what I got. I ordered everything Normal, no more less. Then The 2nd sandwich was a Philly Sandwich , light onions, light green pepper, No mushrooms.

I want to give this place five stars but it is the ONLY Dominos that will go out of its way to print an addition receipt for you to sign (after you’ve prepaid and just picking up) and will REQUEST a tip for picking up your own pizza. I was at the pick up window and the older woman printed out a separate receipt for me to sign (I paid with PayPal online) so I could tip her. I’m already picking up the pizza myself. I tipped her anyway because they just lost my business - they can have the extra few bucks. I tip when I have it delivered or eating there but I literally picked it up myself and every other dominos hasn’t requested extra money from me. Not coming back, it’s just weird for someone to do that.
