Show up in the time frame you're given, but they won't even start your pizza... the app says 11-21 mins, but when you show up they say it'll be 25 mins extra longer? No... it does not take 25 mins to bake a pizza. So stupid. They said they're slammed, yet, there's not one person in the store or in the drive thru, and one guy says he's leaving... um how about you make pizzas?

Ordered a pizza web said 20 minutes went to store was told sorry it will be ready in an hour 1.5 hours later still no food, 5 people standing around bullshitting was told we are really busy. Very poor management!!!!!!

Apparently it’s an hour and half longer wait for a carry out order that I placed 20 minutes prior before I came to pick up the order. Not very pleased with the service as I had waited for 5 minutes before someone spoke to me.

Fast Friendly service, pizza was pretty good my kids love it. Prices could definitely be better but everything is expensive nowadays
Ordered just after 9:30 and had it delivered within 10 minutes. Faster delivery I’ve experienced from domino’s plus this was the best made pizza I’ve had recently too. Perfectly fluffy and best stuffed crust. Unbelievably pleased.

I understand being busy and having to wait for your pizza but what I don’t understand is zero people being here and me waiting over an hour and 20 minutes to get my pizza and wings it’s just insane The apps estimated wait time when I ordered was 15 to 20 minutes not a hour and 20 minutes I will not be returning I will just go to the one on fifth Street
