Tried going to this Dutch Bros and found out first hand that they refuse to help people in order. I waited my turn in line and the kid skipped me. When I called him out for it, his excuse was we'll be with you shortly, and moved on to the next car. Since they refused to take my order, I went down the street to The Human Bean and got a better drink, and prompt service with a smile.

I felt I didn't do this location justice so I've updated this review, super friendly, rolled through on first Wednesday and got sticker bombed. Love the drinks, the selection, the customization, and above all the awesome staff at this location. Super friendly and cheerful, made the start of a long drive that much better, not to mention the coffee! If you're in the area, I can't recommend this location hard enough. I hit one other location in town and the difference in attitudes is noticeable, though I will say the other location appears to be frequented more. Mohawk location will definitely be a go to for me regardless of distance for this very reason, the last time I had service like this was a location in Arizona.

I frequent these guys often! My dog loves them to bits too with the biscuits and cream they offer! Always warm and welcoming smiling every single time! I would share photos here, but it would just be selfies with the employees they are so cool ❤️💯
Vegetarian options: They have many dietary supplements or alternative items. Lots of milk substitution options, sugar free options, lemonade and Italian sodas if caffeine is too much of a problem!
Wheelchair accessibility: Well shoot, you can just drive up and say hello! Or even walk up on the sidewalk!

This company has gone down hill since the changes have been made. Today I was waiting in the shortest line wating on the cars that were there first to go due to staff not listening to the order of the customers i dont served after a car that showed up multiple minutes after i arrived. staff was very unprofessional about their response and blamed it on the new manager Emily. I don't recommend this location
My favorite dutch bros!she got me few things I missed and went above and beyond. I wish I got her name.she was amazing .she had cool nails. She got me some stickers I missed from ealier when I first got my drink 10/10 .and have me from another time to soooo appreciate it.?❤️

I’m typically not one to leave bad reviews but night crew workers must’ve majored in yappology. I sat in line for 17 minutes with literally only 2 people in front of my car. The person directly in front of me didn’t even get coffee, they just talked to the staff forever. I understand I might not be interpreting the situation correct and maybe there was a good reason for how long it took other than the staff just talking to their friends, but if that’s the case, why can’t someone at least acknowledge the growing line? Be like “hey sorry I know you’ve been waiting awhile, we are trying to quickly finish up with this customer and then we will get right to you.” Or something. There was people behind my car leaving and I just don’t understand how you can ignore the rest of the customers like that. It sucks when you only get a 30 min lunch on your night shift and that’s how it’s spent

The employees at Dutch are always so cheerful and bubbly. It makes going and waiting in the line tolerable. Their coffee is not my favorite but it is good. I am a coffee snob so it really has nothing to do with their product. Their rebels are pretty good too. Overall recommend these guys. Locations all over for convenience, nice friendly staff and a large menu to choose from.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids not so hot chocolate drink with whip on top for the littles.

I love everything about Dutch Bro's! This location is on my way to work so I stop almost daily. Everyone is amazing but the girls remember me by my hair make up and nails and always compliment me. I don't go by a horoscope, I go by Dutch-scope. If I pull up and I'm the only one in line (Very rare because they're awesome) I always have a phenomenal day in sales. They are more than a caffeine or energy pick me up these kids are good for the soul!
