This review is only for the Mohawk location very poor service and they constantly keep making my order wrong and each time I try and let them know that my order is wrong they would just ignore me. I won't go to this location anymore.

Staff generally friendly, coffee is SO much better than the Starbucks next door. Downsides are that the parking lot is just not laid out well for their drive through lines and once in a while I have had staff taking our order in the line that were kinda pushy about tipping.

Tried going to this Dutch Bros and found out first hand that they refuse to help people in order. I waited my turn in line and the kid skipped me. When I called him out for it, his excuse was we'll be with you shortly, and moved on to the next car. Since they refused to take my order, I went down the street to The Human Bean and got a better drink, and prompt service with a smile.

I felt I didn't do this location justice so I've updated this review, super friendly, rolled through on first Wednesday and got sticker bombed. Love the drinks, the selection, the customization, and above all the awesome staff at this location. Super friendly and cheerful, made the start of a long drive that much better, not to mention the coffee! If you're in the area, I can't recommend this location hard enough. I hit one other location in town and the difference in attitudes is noticeable, though I will say the other location appears to be frequented more. Mohawk location will definitely be a go to for me regardless of distance for this very reason, the last time I had service like this was a location in Arizona.

I frequent these guys often! My dog loves them to bits too with the biscuits and cream they offer! Always warm and welcoming smiling every single time! I would share photos here, but it would just be selfies with the employees they are so cool ❤️💯
Vegetarian options: They have many dietary supplements or alternative items. Lots of milk substitution options, sugar free options, lemonade and Italian sodas if caffeine is too much of a problem!
Wheelchair accessibility: Well shoot, you can just drive up and say hello! Or even walk up on the sidewalk!
