It feel it's important to note that for this whole interaction there was only three people, me and the two employees; no other customers. Went to the walk up window to grab a drink and started looking at the menu and after a couple minutes of looking I look back down into the shop in hopes of getting someone's attention, because even though I'd been there a few minutes already, no one had acknowledged me. I tried to make eye contact with one of the employees, who are both going about like I'm not there, once I did make eye contact they just looked away at the clock and continued cleaning. At that point I decide they were ignoring me intentionally and just walked away. 0/5 costumer service.

One of my favorite Dutch shops! I go to a few around Springfield/eugene and this shop always knows my order! It’s pretty simple (golden eagle with oat milk) but still nice to feel like a regular somewhere. I usually go in the mornings on my way to work and they are always busy but when I get up to the window it’s so awesome to see the crew working together busting their butts making coffee for the folks headed to work. They make it look easy and fun most days but definitely stop by for a coffee and a smile.
