Ive been a regular here for over a year and ive noticed that since I tip all the time, if I forget to tip or order my drink on the app and plan to tip with cash, they make my drink without flavoring. Ive ended up having to buy the syrup from the big chef store for these specific days since I dont have time to go back and request a new drink. I almost never forget to tip so its truly shitty that dutch bros employees would be immature enough to make my drink incorrectly ONLY when I dont tip but its always perfect when I tip. I had this same issue with coburg DB which makes me think its a dutch bros problem, so I'll have to start going to the human bean which is more expensive but they seem to be a more mature establishment. They also never have the most ridiculously long lines either.

I appreciate the location being 24/7. I drive 3 miles on my nights off because it's one of the few food/drink options open. I work overnights, so when I'm off, I still need things to do/go/places to get out too.

The workers here are polite, my drink is always ready when I get there. I appreciate the attention to detail, like having my drink ready-in-hand when I get up to the window to pickup my mobile order. That means they actually read the vehicle details entered when my order is submitted. They confirm my name, hand it to me, and I'm on my way. No waiting for them to go to a fridge or anything.

I literally just went in and I ordered a kicker, and I asked for a straw and a girl that was short with dirty blonde maybe even possibly like honey brown hair (a white girl ) looked at me like I was dumb when I asked for a straw she was like “it’s a kicker” and lucky for her My son was with me, but I think if he wasn’t I probably would’ve thrown my drink right back at her face because it’s too hot and I asked for something simple super nicely and she acted like she didn’t hear me and then went back to working like nothing so I had to ask another employee for one, everyone else There was super kind and nice except for this girl

I love Dutch bros but I may just have to stop at the Mohawk one from now on due to the fact that the employees ignore the HUGE amounts of cars in line and then don’t pay attention to their online orders resulting in the drink being melty by the time you arrive if ordered ahead. They will make the online drinks as soon as they get them but won’t bring them out to cars until the car gets to the window. I understand that that may be asking for them to go above and beyond but I don’t tip them for my drink to be melted by the time I get it. I also get that they are busy but the least the could do is run out the orders that are ready. This is the third time this has happened to me, the first time I got out of my car and just waited at the window and they remade my drink because it had melted which I greatly appreciated, but the other two times they just gave me a melted rebel both of which were supposed to be blended. At night when I visit, they are typically pretty attentive and good but in the early mornings when everyone wants their Dutch bros, they could be doing better.

Worst customer service of any Dutch Bros I've been to. No acknowledgement of customers waiting at the walk up. Waited for 10 minutes, finally walked away.

I mean I don't think it gets much better? They were packed with customers in the queues and yet they were able to deliver service fast, efficiently and with a smile.

Love this dutch bros, I mostly go at night and the staff is great! During the day everyone is really nice too.
