Asked for light ice gave us the smallest amount of drink. Service was horrible I asked for a iced rebel on my other drink they gave me a blended one. Never coming here again.

I’ve been to several Dutch Bro locations but this is by far my favorite! I don’t know what it is but they just make the drinks taste so good. I still like all the other bros out there but this one is hands down best! I highly recommend the Hawaiian Rebel as sugar free as you can get it (if you like SF) and double blended. Soooo good!

Typical Dutch Bros. A sip for your trip to go. Some days it's a great experience where you breeze right in and the coffee isn't burnt and it hits just right and some days you go and the coffee is burnt and filled with sugary syrups and caramel as if that makes the burnt taste better. But all in all it's usually good for a quick cup that's no frills that will help get your day started.

After buying a black iced tea in Portland, and being disappointed to have received ice water with a hint of coloring, I decided to try a store in Eugene only to receive the same thing. This clearly indicates that it is a corporate decision to remain ignorant of how to properly make black tea for a true tea lover. So if you like your iced tea to actually taste like tea, find someplace else to get it.

Between the manager and the employees there isn't a better staff I have encountered. No matter if they are swamped or not they have such positive attitudes and are always willing to give you atleast a couple minutes of their undivided attention. Also I have been to more Dutch Bros then I can count on my hands and this is the only one that makes my order to perfection. I am very sad I am moving soon so I will have to go on the hunt to find one that comes close to their outstanding service. Well I hope everyone that decides to go to this stand has the same pleasant experience I have. 🙂
