This Dutch Bros is the bees knees! The are my favorite D.Bros location and have a great crew of barista's always ready to answer any questions or help you figure out your best drink. Very friendly staff and they work super fast.

I just moved to Oregon and everyone told me to go to Dutch bros and unfortunately my experience wasn't great I tried a drink that I didn't like i asked if I could have a different drink and the girl was upset took my drink then proceeded to charge me for another. That's all fine, but can I have the drink back that I paid for. So, it looks like I'll be sticking to Starbucks. Maybe in the future I'll try a different location.

Sun rise just got out of the E.R. and stopped for a cup of coffee sorry can't remember her name but, the girl at the window cheered me up with conversation seemed genuinely interested in my story. Kind of her to care.?

went thru and ordered 2kids drinks and a small. they messed it up and charged me more. says they refunded it but refund still hasn't gone thru, so they charged again at the still messed up total! 12.95 twice! so i paid 24$ for two kids drinks and a small freeze how messed up!!! shouldn't have been 12$ for two kids and a small in the first place and they did it twice! drinks are never made correctly and now they dont charge correctly

I stopped on my way to work. I was going though the drive through. Someone came out before I pulled up to the window to take my order. I ordered a large Americano. I received my order at the window. Later, I was reviewing the transaction through my bank account. I was charged $5.65 for a $3.00 cup. The person taking my order never asked if I wanted to leave a tip. He put a $2.65 tip on a $3.00 drink! I called, I was on hold for 15 minutes and gave up. In the future, I will get a receipt and review before leaving.

Stopped here to get my son and I a Dutch soda. I’ve gotten them many times before but have recently taken red dye out of our diets so I asked the girl which flavors didn’t have red dye. I got the feeling she didn’t care and thought I was wasting her time making her think about it.

Love the coffee but they seriously need to get rid of the line merge or at least cue the line correctly. Every time I wait in line 1-2 cars that get there after me get their orders taken first making my wait longer than it needs to be by several minutes. I have even been completely skipped a few times and had to order at the window. This would not be that big of an issue if it only happened a few times here and there but no this happens almost every time I go. May have to start getting coffee somewhere else that’s more efficient with there cue.
