Stopped here to get my son and I a Dutch soda. I’ve gotten them many times before but have recently taken red dye out of our diets so I asked the girl which flavors didn’t have red dye. I got the feeling she didn’t care and thought I was wasting her time making her think about it.

Love the coffee but they seriously need to get rid of the line merge or at least cue the line correctly. Every time I wait in line 1-2 cars that get there after me get their orders taken first making my wait longer than it needs to be by several minutes. I have even been completely skipped a few times and had to order at the window. This would not be that big of an issue if it only happened a few times here and there but no this happens almost every time I go. May have to start getting coffee somewhere else that’s more efficient with there cue.

Good drinks and good people. The employees are what make dutch bros great. There are other establishments that make good coffee but the employees are almost robotic and unfriendly. I have never been to a Dutch bros where I pulled up to the window and the employee wasn't smiling. Keep up the good work. ?

The Dutch on 58th in Springfield is a joke. The whole set up is insane. I had two cars pull in front of me and when I said something the lady taking told me that I have to fallow them so the orders don’t get messed up. So why don’t they take the cars in order then. Why do I have to wait for cars that line up after me? AND all three of my drinks were made wrong!! I go to Dutch EVERY DAY. Never going back to that one!!

Drinks are good people are very friendly but the new line setup sucks I’ll get in line and someone will pull up next to me 5 minutes later and still get their order taken first. Also I never remember waiting in line so long with the old layout. Please switch back?

Great drinks, great price and great service. The only reason for the 3 star is because of the stupid 2nd line. Its extremely unfair when youve been parked waiting in line for 7 minutes and the line finally starts to move and they just now send someone out to take extra car orders outside and someone pulls into the second lane getting serviced before you. Like they sat there for 2 minutes compared to my 7 minutes of waiting. It would be 5/5 if not for this one inconvenience because it happens all the time.
