My daughter who has a well documented case of endometriosis is seeking treatment in the ER for acute abdominal pain. She was just told by Dr Adam Sykes that “…pain is part of the human experience. I think you just slept bad.” This is her 2nd ER visit in a week while she waits to be seen by her doctor. This is fundamentally unacceptable and problematic. There is no patient advocate on staff in the evenings to help. We will be filing a formal complaint.

Quite possibly my worst experience ever in their Emergency Department. Gaslit by a nurse after arriving in an ambulance, waited over 5 hours to see a doctor (it's 12:30 and we are still sitting here), since we have no place to eat or get something to drink, I ask for vending machines? They are across the hospital by the cafeteria...ok, but since it's so late at night once I walked through the doors, I was locked out of the ED. I had to walk outside all the way around the hospital at 12:30 at night to get back to my child that I left waiting there. Terrible staff, terrible care.

Nice, but they don’t follow Starbucks ways, I get served a cup of milk every time I go in for an espresso drink. I’d rather drive a mile away to an actual Starbucks.

The older woman who works here has no customer service skills and is always absolutely rude. Our daughter has been in the hospital for over two months and I have yet to have good service here. She’s always mad, bitter, and dismissive. I just want coffee without having to feel like I’m burdening you with my order

The older woman who was training her younger coworker could not have been more rude, burdened by her job or diminutive to my wife who has been taking care of me at this hospital stay for a week. She loudly complained several times for having to work basic tasks, for having to train her coworker and for having to serve all of the customers in line. She loudly proclaimed to the line that anyone who asks for a blended beverage would be causing problems and expressed verbal and visual displeasure that my wife ordered a blended drink. Whoever manages this facility needs to ensure that these employees have basic customer service skills and acknowledge that they work in a hospital where their clients are facing the worst circumstances of their lives. I am in shock of how my wife was treated. If there is an older, skinny woman with dark brown hair as the employee working here, training a girl named Em, all customers should prepare for the worst customer service possible.

I have ordered multiple starbucks drinks from this establishment. The first time I got a drink here I was sure the milk was rancid. I took it back and asked for a replacement. The staff was nice and helpful and gladly got me a new drink.... Same result. The dairy products they use taste like old cheese at best. Today I figured they could make a mocha and couldn't screw that up... Well I was wrong. Felt like I lit my money on fire. Save your money and get a black coffee.

They do not allow you to use reusable cups. Will not be returning until they change this policy and stop the wasteful practice of using single use cups, lids, and straws.
