Paid over $30 for 2 burgers through doordash. Burgers werent made right (missing toppings). When i contacted them they told me they couldnt refund my money without coming in (I ordered delivery for a reason why would i want to do that!). This place keeps upping their price but the food gets worse.
Food is really good but ridiculously expensive. Staff is really friendly usually except for one girl is very cranky and seems like she's bothered by customers.

First time I had a 5 Guys burger and I must say, it was a really good burger. Except for the cheap Costco bun it came in, that is. Why go to all the trouble to make a delicious burger only to wrap it in a cheap bun?
Quality isn't worth the price i rather a mcdouble than their sandwiches.

I went in with my Mother who has hearing aids . I politely asked the short , older , white woman wearing a black shirt if she would turn the ridiculously loud and crappy music down so we could hear each other across a 3 foot table....
She looked at me like i as crazy ,went in the back and turned it down a couple notches . She came back out , whispered something to the tall long haired guy making the burgers and glared at me . I noticed her occasionally looking at me as we ate and up until we left . Its a good thing i was with my elderly mother , otherwise i would have pulled her from behind the counter and taught her who she Actually works for . Corporate will be getting a phone call .

After I got over the shock of paying almost $20 for a fast food burger and fries. I have to say their cheese burger was the best I've ever had at a drive through. The fries were so hot they burned my fingers. Just what I love. My advice is to only pay for small fries. They fill a little cup then add plenty of extra fries in the bag.
Parking: Two restaurants share the parking spaces. It can be difficult to get in and out.

This place happens to land at my halfway point during a lot of my travels. First time I tried it I was hooked!!! You get bang for your buck!!! Food is top tier!!! The service is fast and efficient, even when being in a high populated traffic area.

Super bummed — they “closed” at 9:40pm on 9/15/24 because they had started cleaning up when they were supposed to close at 10pm. Hey, no worries if you want to get a head start on tables, or other areas if it’s a slow night. But to turn away customers because you want to close early? Not a good look. We expect better from 5 Guys!
