Had breakfast today. Hash browns cold , undercooked, not brown. Gravy taste like fish and must half had a whole shaker of salt mixed in. Couldn't eat.Eggs wrong sent back. Bad tasting coffee and hard to get a refill even though they knew my cup was sitting empty.

Been here before for Breakfast and Lunch both, with good results, today was no bueno. Ordered the Biscuits and Gravy with a couple eggs, the eggs were great, however the 'biscut' was horrible and couldn't be cut by a fork or a knife. The Gravy was also lacking as I typically associate Biscuts and Gravy to stick to your ribs and fortify you for the day. I read a couple of reviews that agree with my assessment..so it wasn't a one off, but rather an on going problem. Stick with the omelets here.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor roll in/out...however front door was broken, so be careful.

We ordered several different items on the menu, but we were surprised about the taste of the biscuits and gravy, we had to ask several times for the items we ordered, but to be fair, they were consistently busy. I think adding more waitresses would be a great idea. We ordered 2 side dishes of bacon fried crisp, and 1 was fine, the other not at all what we ordered. When I asked to have that one taken off my bill, she picked it up and said "That's okay, I'll eat it". How rude! Teach your employees customer service and what that means!

It's one of the best places I've eaten in the Springfield area. The burgers are incredibly tender, and the fries are crispy and amazing. My friends and I all loved our meals, and will be sure to come here again!Kid-friendliness: Easy-going atmosphere, 50's diner vibe that's very welcoming and great for families.

I do enjoy the food here. The portions are huge! I just have to add a bunch of salt to the food I order.

Tara was my server. She made everyone else look like they were going in slo-mo. Chicken fried steak was delicious. Cinnamon roll was very big and just as delicious. Have been back several times since.
