Everything since we walked in the door was fabulous. We immediately served chips and salsa. Were offered cheese dip which we haven't had since we moved here from Indiana 3 years ago. Everything was fantastic. Very attentive wait staff.

Update your hours please (website). We checked hours before we stop to eat, so we had time to enjoy our food and talk. We arrived at 8 on a Saturday. Food was obviously the scraps from the night, took couple of bites, asked waitress to take plate, chicken was dry and rice was cold. She asked if I wanted to try something else, but I didnt want to be disappointed twice. She did remove item from bill, which I appreciate. By 8:55 staff was turing off lights and turning up lobby music to encourage people to leave. When we paid our bill I asked what time you close, our waitress said 9. I said that makes sense now. Told her the website said 10, her only answer is "I dont know why" .

Horrible food. I can allways tell a crappy mexican restaurant when I get bland, runny, pinto beans. This restaurant hates to be criticized and can't accept any wrong doing. If you actually want good Mexican food go too "Los dos hacianda amigo". There the real restaurant then this one tried to run a spin off with there name and they're HORRIBLE AT THE GATEWAY LOCATION! I ordered food and was so disappointed
Anaid is always the best. She takes care of us like familia. We come here at least twice a month and always get the best service drink food. We love coming here. I bring my closest friends and family to celebrate here for birthdays and other special occasions this place is truly amazing

I had the pleasure of dining at Hacienda Amigo Mio with my family recently and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Anaid. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us as if she had known us which immediately made us feel welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive and the margaritas she prepared us were absolutely delicious!! Anaid also offered thoughtful recommendations when I let her know of my son’s dietary restrictions. Throughout our meal, Anaid’s service was both efficient and personable. She checked in just the right amount and made sure our drinks were refilled and we had everything we needed. Anaid’s enthusiasm, sense of humor, and attentiveness, made for an amazing dining experience. I highly recommend both the restaurant and her service to anyone looking for a great place to eat and drink! My family and I now love this place! :D
