The meat has always been fabulous but there was hardly any. I paid over $17 fo a large plate. It was not large and there was no exrra anything. The food was tasty but SO not worth the raises prices and smaller portions. I was charged $8 for delivery. I'm mostly disgusted that the owner replies defensively to our negative reviews here. Your customers deserve better prices.

I love the food. Have for years. BUT, this haggling over an extra teriyaki sauce and or hot sauce is just crazy. If you’re going to charge .25 for each additional teriyaki sauce then why would you let your customer know when they order so they can add it to the original bill. AND no packet of sriracha is included?? This is for a to go order. Now I actually don’t mind so much putting the teriyaki in the container with my food but I don’t want to put hot sauce in the container. I like to put it on as I go. My problem is with not being asked as I ordered. I’m not going to charge a quarter on my card. I’m just disappointed. And I tipped before I knew.

I agree with Ken Munson. Bring back the beef! Please, please, bring back the beef. The Teriyaki beef was the best item on the menu. I haven't been back since they removed it, and nobody else's is as good.

Most mis managed establishment I've ever been to. When they are busy they disconnect the phone.when they run out of food they just tell you when you show up. They were out of pork and chicken so I ordered a side of veggies. 7 dollars. It's really just a pathetic place. I even tried it after someone found a fake nail in their food. Sorry hawaiian time. Just close already.
