Ordered pork over rice Was dry no taste. Rice was dry, not sticky rice. Mac salad had no taste was dry too. Will not eat there food again. Hawaiian grill is the best!!

None of the dudes have on hair nets or beard nets while having full grown beards there's a chick behind the window with a tank top on sweating cooking food disgusting food quality standards im looking for corporate info thats gross hair and sweat going all over food is there no food quality health quality never going there again . Got so grossed out waiting In line watching the bearded cooks packing and preparing food while tank top girl cooks yuck. Not to mention probably not safe .

Just go to Kona Cafe in Springfield I believe off of 32nd street. Way better food, will hook you up with extra hot sauce unlike here.
I don't know if this place has ever gotten my order right. I stopped coming here 12 years ago. I moved back into town hoping they weren't the same, but yep! They are BEYOND stingy with the hot sauce. They don't even pour it over the meat. Asked for extra on the side and had my mom pick it up for me because I have paralysis in half my body and she said they insisted they did, and she trusted their word and took off. I get that mistakes happen but to have it be every. single. time. is RIDICULOUS.

They have a simple menu and for what it is I've never been disappointed. Food has always been great and service has been quick. It's not the kind of place I'd hang out to eat, but there's plenty of seating and it always looks clean. Great place to grab a quick meal!

First visit Foods good but you're establishment is cheap I spent almost 15 bucks and I can't get a couple saracha packs to go or a little 1 oz to go container Wanted to charge me 25c per package like a true cheap chump Water cups are free btw and the macaroni is under portioned in my meal waste of my money
2nd visit Came again got 2 scoops of macaroni and it took 30 minutes to get the food asked the cashier what's taking so long and they are taking 3 other orders making me wait while there were 2 people in the kitchen trying to get the register working at the same time like 2 people trying to screw in a lightbulb It was so slow it was painful Bad crew that doesn't know how to get organized and lead on their own I had to say I had cash can you just write me a receipt Now with the last experience and one like this now I don't ever want to come back to this highschool drama team of kids and by the Way I watched a employee touching Dusty computer equipment then go and touched food containers not washing hands in-between touching dirty objects absolutely disgusting Just sub par on so many levels

Apparently this location closes early on Halloween, news to me placed an online order at 4:40 to pick up at 5:18. I arrive here just to walk up to a locked door with four other patrons also waiting for an online order. Story is that the person was supposed to shut off the online ordering at 4:00 and never did it. So now I am out my last $30 because they couldn't give a refund because they have to have a form filled out and sent up to management. Not only did I not get my food and not only did I wait 20 plus minutes for my order I also got no money back on my card and or no cash from the till and just an apology and on my way with no money in my bank now not knowing what I'm going to do for dinner for my kids.
