Hop Valley Brewing Company

Hop Valley is a good spot to unwind. The food and drinks are good but could use a little finesse. The Nachos were ok and the spicy margarita was interesting. I wish they used fresh jalapeños and gave you sides of sour cream and hot sauces. Usually a good spot off I-5 to eat but they've made it a little difficult to reach. I'll definitely be back!

i had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! very tidy, a clean and organized place, AND a clean bathroom. im especially grateful for our server/hostess, Kelsey, for doing an incredible job making sure everyone was okay and checking that our food was good! she was so kind and respectful talking to our table. she was so beyond patient with us when we didnt know what we wanted. she gave us time and space and got our orders in quickly!! i highly recommend requesting her when you sit down to eat. my experience couldnt have been better; it was perfect!

Food is good as is the beer. Staff is friendly. I don’t know what happened but this last visit the place wasn’t even packed but it took over an hour from walking in until our food came. First getting seated was a tad slow with zero greeting even if someone walked by. Ordering went just fine but then came a lot of waiting. A manager came by once and said they were rushing it but other tables that were seated after us got food while we waited. No one explained the issue and honestly it took forever to even be told of the delay. It was frustrating. They took half off the tab but it left a bad taste in my mouth for the place. We should have been kept informed better as it went and offered some free drinks or something sooner. By the time that happened we were done with drinks. We were just plain hungry. It was all too little too late. I would have been more understanding if they had been more transparent sooner and just kind of handled it all a little better. Offer us some chips or hummus or something. We were starving. We hardly needed more alcohol by then. Work on the customer service please. I’m sure we will be back but it’s not high on my list after that experience.

Stopped by Hop Valley Brewing Company and had an awesome time! The Golden Brules beer was seriously great—every sip hit just right. Whether you’re into hoppy, smooth, or something in between, they’ve got something for you.
But the real surprise? The CALI CHICKEN SANDO. That thing was delicious! Perfectly cooked chicken, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of flavor to keep me wanting more. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while.
The vibe here is laid-back, the staff is friendly, and it’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to. If you love good beer and great food, you won’t be disappointed

Excellent service. My wife had a salad with chicken that was huge and full of meat, strawberries, walnuts, etc. I had the Fish and Chips which were also plentiful and delicious. Oh, and yes, the beer is pretty good too.

Great food friendly staff never had a problem

We stopped for lunch. Our server was swamped because a volleyball tournament taking place. Other than taking our order we didn’t see our server again until we paid. Again, not servers fault, she was having to hostess and serve, which was impossible. I asked Skyler about our drinks because we still didn’t have them after several minutes. She was right on it. Skyler brought us our drinks right away and shortly after she brought us our food. Cannot say enough about good or how amazing Skyker was in the service we were provided because of her!

First the pizza, now the Mac and cheese bites... no longer. This place always disappoints. Good beer but that's about it, the other hop valley in town is great.

The food was great for sure. Nice staff and cold beer to go if you wish.

Good menu looked great, very appealing for the type of establishment. Come ready to load up with water and check your blood pressure after. A bit hard to enjoy the food, sweet potato fries especially with the heavy amount of salt. Otherwise, chillbstaff, chill environment. Id stop by again

Service kinda sucked.
I was suggesting by a colleague to not come here. "That place is trash", he said! (in disappointment)
But I took a chance. He was right. I sat here for over 2 hours and was attended to once!! It wasn't even busy. I could have very well walked out on my tab but I'm not that kind of person. Unfortunately for them I learn from my mistakes.. I had high hopes for this place too! Smh ??‍♂️

The food is fantastic! Typical pub food but so good! Homemade root beer and amazing fish and chips. Everything we ate was great! Good place to watch sports. We will definitely be back!
