Hop Valley is a good spot to unwind. The food and drinks are good but could use a little finesse. The Nachos were ok and the spicy margarita was interesting. I wish they used fresh jalapeños and gave you sides of sour cream and hot sauces. Usually a good spot off I-5 to eat but they've made it a little difficult to reach. I'll definitely be back!

Food is good as is the beer. Staff is friendly. I don’t know what happened but this last visit the place wasn’t even packed but it took over an hour from walking in until our food came. First getting seated was a tad slow with zero greeting even if someone walked by. Ordering went just fine but then came a lot of waiting.
