I checked my Google maps timeline. we arrived at 11:11. ok so a few mins to get seated say 11:15. it was about 15 mins before before our order was taken. at 12:13 we left without having eaten. I told the waitress we were leaving and at that point we weren't paying for our drinks. I told her how long we had waited and that she hadn't even bothered to stop by and check in with us or let us know what was going on. she said that she "tried" but she's been busy. really.... it takes...read full review

IHOP is a restaurant that offers friendly service and good, hot food. The server is described as the friendliest, and the burger is highly recommended. Service is fast, correct and served with a smile and friendliness. The BLT was perfect and the Cali turkey bacon avocado sandwich was excellent. The restaurant can be quite noisy due to the lack of carpeting. The cleanliness of the floors, bathrooms, and baseboards is noted, but the upholstery on the seats is worn down and ripped. The food is as expected, but not inexpensive. Wheelchair accessibility is not an issue. The restaurant could improve on its aesthetics, but currently offers great service and food at reasonable prices.
