I stopped at IHOP couple of weeks ago and the service was really bad. The waiter says we're in there talking so much. They did not even come out to take my order.
And when I did it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get my food so it was cold. I just don't like IHOP anymore.

We went to IHOP today I ordered banana strawberry pancakes that comes with 4 pancakes and I turned it into a combo, not knowing I'd lose 2 pancakes, the strawberries were frozen and thawed instead of fresh and watered soggy. The pancakes weren't banana either. Meanwhile I ordered a bone steak with broccoli and grilled onions and mashed potatoes with an extra side of mashed potatoes. Well they didn't give me my broccoli and instead subbed it for more potatoes when I specifically asked for extra. I called to complain and was given every excuse and no solution because the manager deemed I got my extra potatoes for free I was willing to pay for it. Amy was my server and was nice but incompetent. I will never return due to how the situation was handled. I do NOT recommend this IHOP .

I had the Cali turkey bacon avocado sandwich. It was on a specialty bread so the sandwich was larger than regular bread and toasted. It was excellent!! Service was fast, correct and served with a smile and friendliness. My mom had strawberry crepes. They were excellent as well she said.

Wonderful service from everyone...the greeter to the servers. Our waitress was Jasmine. Outstanding service. She went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

Close to hotels. Waitresses were busy., ours was great.
Not the flavor of pancakes as we remembered. Be aware of what you order. Especially the coffee. Use to refills at no extra cost.
Service was better than some places we went to on this trip.

Probably some of the worst customer service I've experienced. After several servers walked right by us as if we were invisible- finally one of them sat us. Once seated the service was just ok. The place wasn't even busy. 4 servers and a manager and noone seemed to care if they gave good service or not.
We were given our bill as soon as we got our food. Once done, I waited at the checkout counter. 3 servers, including my server stood right by the 2-way window chatting amongst themselves and completely ignoring me. I had to go around the window and ask to pay them.
There's a reason I have chosen to go to other pancake places for awhile. Thought I would give IHop another chance and they did not disappoint still with the worst service.

We’re regular IHOP customers in our hometown and have never had a bad experience—until we visited the Springfield location off Gateway St. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years.

The service was completely inattentive. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. To make matters worse, there was hair in my dish—absolutely disgusting. My two youngest kids didn’t even touch their food and my husband only managed a few bites before giving up. We’re on a road trip out of state, so I didn’t want to make a scene in the moment but I will absolutely be contacting corporate.

The staff made little effort to engage or show any concern. Not once did our waitress check in to see how things were. I was visibly disgusted and upset but all she managed to say as I left was, “I hope you have a good day.” No accountability, no apology, just indifference.

Avoid this IHOP at all costs unless you need to use the bathroom- at least that was clean.

Went to lunch with my mostly widows group and there were over a dozen of us each wanting a separate check😱 Not an easy job for the waitress. Haley, sorry if the spelling isn’t right, Was amazing! She always had a smile on her face, was very professional and so quick getting our drinks, taking our orders, bringing our food, take out containers and bills.

Simon, also went out of his way to help. Before I got there, a member of our group told Simon there would be 12 and he set up a table quickly and then I came in and told him it was going to be 14 so he did another table and then 2 people didn’t show up. He Assured us, with a smile on his face, that it was no problem and he was happy to do it. Such amazing customer service!

The BLT was perfect. Everyone was happy with their food and happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

Came in too eat after being at the rennasaisance faire all weekend. We were welcomed by your beautiful hostess/waitress Skarlet. Amazing food and she was so sweet and was amazing towards my kiddos, she needs a raise
