Had a wonderful breakfast with our family this morning. Our server Darren Was very attentive and friendly. The rest of the staff looked professional and very helpful to put dinning needs. Will definitely come back.

My family and I were traveling back home to Washington when we stopped by this IHOP. It has got to be the cleanest IHOP we have ever been to! The food was great and our waitress was also kind and served our family well. I especially want to shoutout Thomas. My mom had left her phone on accident and we didn't realize until we got home 3 hours away. Thomas has been very communicative and has gone above and beyond to get the phone shipped out to us. As you can imagine losing a phone is stressful but he has made great effort to keep us updated every step of the way. Thank you Thomas and this IHOP!!

Previously I had written a bad review because of the poor service my family and I have received from IHOP in the past. Well today IHOP has redeemed themselves. The service was amazing! The host/manager was absolutely nice and respectful. We didn't have to wait long for our food to get here. Thank you IHOP Springfield!

The manager at this location is outstanding – I took my kids for their birthday and he made them paper airplanes then followed up with ice cream and a song. Overall exceptional customer service!!

I feel like i can compare this service to watching a bad movie. You keep thinking it's gonna get better but left unsatisfied at the end. Initially us entering and being seated was quick, and we got half our drinks right away but everything else was either forgotten or took so much time to get to us even though only a few tables had people. We didn't receive our water until our food came out and we kept receiving lip service with no follow through. We got 1 straw to use for all our drinks and for 18 bucks for a meal you would expect the portion sizes to not disappoint. Not only did we have to wait long times to receive service or even another cup of coffee but we were printed up a tab which apparently was wrong. We were told that she had to add on our daughter's 6 oz of apple juice for 3 bucks even though her meal said it came with a drink. Honestly after feeling so unsatisfied and defeated already I had no room to even process anything more so I just paid the extra few bucks even though later on I realized it was their last chance just to squeeze more money out of this over priced and underwhelming food. After much discussion with my wife we came to realize even if they offered us 60 bucks of free food we would turn down the offer. I will never be coming back to this location and If anyone reads this I recommend the Dennys next door. You will receive better service there and no underhanded tactics.

I say waited 10 minutes for a table because I stood waiting to be seated not even acknowledged for 10 minutes. Their food is pre-packaged Frozen garbage I'm so over corporate restaurants. and even though this is a Google review no one will respond to my review. Corporate restaurants don't care

As I'm morally honest I'll start with the flaw. We almost walked out for the long wait to be greeted and seated. They were pretty busy for a Monday morning!
After the seater finally noticed the crowd at the door (us, two small groups behind us, and a couple trying to check out), she and the manager both were quick to politely greet everyone and get us all seated.
As we checked out our menu, the manager (Thomas I believe) who had seated us himself, also took our drink order and brought my daughter extra coloring pages. And to top his service he showed her a fantastic new paper airplane fold that she was extremely happy to show her brothers at home after their school day!
He had not only us, but the tables around us amused as well! We very much appreciate you specifically, sir!
Now to the food: great portions of delicious food!! I had the spinach mushroom omelette with some additions, my partner had the cheesecake waffles and our daughter had the cupcake pancake off the kids menu.
The side of bananas and strawberries were fresh and all of the entrees were beautifully plated. Everything tasted delicious.
As for pricing.... everything everywhere is overpriced right now. You're paying about the same here as any other breakfast place. I'm not complaining.
