It's 7:44 pm and the doors are locked to the dinningroom. The drive through line is excessively long, really bad service. Love the food but there are times when the food is cold

Called 7 times in a row. I live in the area and wanted to know if your guys lobby is open because walking would save gas and parking at my apartment complex is a circus, and if it is open to a certain time then what is that time?

genuinely worst drive thru i’ve ever been to. I asked for a 6 piece mozzerella stick and a 6 piece chicken nugget. the lady taking my order even clarified it and still rang it up wrong. We asked the lady if we could get an order of popcorn chicken and all she said was “no” in a rude tone, nothing else just “no”. We get to the window and ask for our incorrect order to be changed and she acted confused and didn’t understand us. We were able to get the 6 piece mozzerella stick but didn’t want to deal with the struggle with the chicken nuggets. We wanted ranch with our food and after getting it didn’t have it in the bag so my boyfriend went inside to get it. He asked for 6 ranches and the lady was again very rude and just said “no i’ll give you this” and handed us 3, we had no problem paying for more ranch but what do you mean we can’t buy more ranch?? Just all over horrible service will not be returning.

Love the food. A very real language barrier at drive up. Three days in a row, three orders wrong. Half of the last order was completely left out of the bag. No need to apologize, I'll just go elsewhere.

I called here to ask to speak to a manager about a messed up order from last night they didn't have a manager the female that answered the call around 2:08 was very stereotype against me and told me a lot of people call in to get free food wow that really hit deep I will take my money else where that was just down right disrespectful I wouldn't ever want to hire someone who pass judgement on theres like that if I was the manager I wouldn't want that person respsenting my food place wow so hurt

Man I remember when Tracy was the district manager an he was always in there making sure the food an service was perfect. Its been years since he left an I thought I'd give it a go since everything's closed but man did it go down hill. $4 for half full fries, a dry bacon cheeseburger an the grilled cheese is flat bread with fake cheese. Shouldn't have let that man go he made u guys

Ordered a box of the special flavored curly fries. I knew this was going to happen but my passenger really wanted to go here.
This box was $4. And it should have ben full in my opinion. I almost went back in because what the actual heck. I mean come on. Im not saying make it explode but at least to the top. Its only half way filled. Not to mention these are already small boxes. They are potatoes not rare gems. 🤦♀️

Ordered on the app and it took 5+ minutes of me standing at the front counter to receive my order after the app said it was ready. The tacos were absolutely lathered in a thick orange grease that had spread across all of the other food and was literally dripping through the bag. At least the table was clean.

I know it's just fast food but this place is an absolute joke.. We spent almost $30 and they gave our order to somebody else, then turned around and tried to give the same food that the other person had already touched to us!! 🤮Then when I told her I wanted it remade she was completely annoyed.. She took the tray, but I know all she did was go in the back, take it out of the box, and put it on a different tray cuz everything was cold.. Our burger meat also tasted old, yuck.. definitely won't b back..
