I went in today and got 2 burrito meals and a burger staff was rude on the speaker when we got to the window not a single word was spoke to us and everything in the bag was filled with grease absolutely gross

Wish I could give Zero Stars. Used app to order at 6am after my 12hr work shift. Went to pick it up and the drive thru was blocked off with cones. Tried to knock on the window, and a lady who only spoke Spanish kept saying "un momento" then kept laughing at me. After 35min later, I left and now have to dispute the charge with my bank because I never even got the food I paid for thru the app. Also, NO ONE ever answers the phone there. This is not the only time a Spanish only speaking employee couldn't\wouldn't help me. Regional manager needs to review this place and PLEASE get the crew and supervisor here right. Last time I had an issue here, the "Supervisor" muttered "Punto" to me in Spanish when they forgot my drink. This place is a wreck. The tacos are nostalgic for me and my family, but no longer worth this crap.

Kid-friendliness: Not. The employees are angry and seem irritated at all times. Drive-thru only.

While trying to order from the West 6th location in Eugene( I triple check the location and was ordering from inside the store on the app) the app swapped over to the 1805 Pioneer Pkwy E, Springfield location This is not the first time this has happened and the last time they did nothing to fix the issue. This time they didn't even answer the phone I have been calling for literal hours the West 6th location is nice. But now I'm out almost $15 and hours of my time. Answer your damn phones. Or put a cancellation feature on the app.

To reiterate the West 6th location is pretty good with friendly employees.

Pioneer Pkwy has infuriatingly poor customer service. Or I guess since they refuse to answer phones and what not I received no customer service at all!!!

Got a breakfast $5 meal...the breakfast sandwich was very good! First time I had one. Hash browns were good and I picked tiny tacos for an option...loved em!! Tiny tacos are the best! Always been a Jack in the Box fan....

Probably the worst Jack in the Box in the country. Food is worse than other locations. They messed up every single order I have ever placed and I will never return here because of that. The management is extremely rude and will accuse customers of trying to steal food by claiming something was missing from the order. Then they'll say extremely rude degenerating things to the other employees in Spanish -- as if it people that look different from never speak it. Racists and frankly idiots

I understand it's Christmas and it's one of the only places open, but in general you need to serve the lobby and pick up orders, not JUST drive thru. Was told on app order was ready. Waiting in line 25 minutes now while the food sits on a rack with a dozen other orders. They've helped one person inside this whole time and kept drive thru going. Can't wait to have my cold burger and melted shake, if we ever get it!

Update: over an hour later we got to the front. Waiting for them to remake the food now. Do not recommend on a busy holiday night, even in emergencies haha

Terrible they can't speak English or Spanish. They act like they don't know what's going on. Waiting in line in the lobby for 45 minutes. Just terrible.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki meal, started by getting handed the wrong soda, got home and my ice was half cooked at best, the whole block of rice was hard as a rock. Not edible and dangerous. Won’t be eating jack again!
