The atmosphere is just your basic bento but the sandwich deal very well may be the best in Eugene/Springfield. Also, the service was great, definitely part of my work lunch rotation

I think the food is great and very well priced, the store is kept clean and the employees for the most part have always been wonderful. Reason for the bad review is due to ownership and lack of care for their employees. I would love to see ownership switch things up so I can leave a better review and refer this place to as many people as I did before.

Rude owners, it seems like they let people drink on the job as I know two separate women to be drunk on the job there. Food safety is a low priority, as they are hesitant to throw old food out.

Didn't have any of the food but I'm sure if I did it would come with a side of spit with as rude and disrespectful the night time worker some older lady that looks like she is pickled and apparently woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
