I had an unusual and uncomfortable experience during a recent DoorDash pickup. When I identified the order, one employee (blonde hair male) laughed after telling me the order was being made and then went into the bathroom. This made me feel very self-conscious and disrespected. However, I want to acknowledge that the other employees present were very friendly and and efficient in getting my order ready. I'm providing this feedback because the interaction with that one employee really detracted from an otherwise positive experience

Pretty much an alternate name for a subway. Not a fan of whatever mayo they use either, seemed very heavy and didn't have a real pleasant taste, a light fish taste on a roast beef sandwich just wasn't agreeable.

Cross contamination on all the orders. Slicing meat on the same slicer as cheese then cutting sandwiches with knife without at least wiping it. Hope the health department shuts you down immediately the last i checked slicing cheese then using the same damn slicer to slice meat without cleaning it first is in fact cross contamination and I will be contacting the health department science you haphazardly dismissed me like I'm stupid. I have 13 years in the restaurant industry as a cook and then a chef

Ordered from this location 4 times and not one time has the sandwich been made to order. Doesn’t seem like it would be too difficult to add something that I paid for to a damn sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but this is a complete lack of attention and awful customer service. Tipped 20% for one small sandwich and the employee grabbed the bag and through it across the counter and gave me a dirty look. Every single time I have ordered my order is wrong. Figure it out, really not that challenging.

I asked forma.ham.ans provolone supposed to Mike's way....small on ham, dry taste over spiced, requested vinegar dried and drenched in oil which didn't request ....even told the guy who made it twice put extra vinegar... so wasn't up to my expectations and sadly is my last visit Makes me wonder ...why even bother asking for a tip? My tip...get trained well yir crew
