I ordered that Philly, apparently they marinated the peppers And onion in something vinagary... they were gross, I asked what was on them they said they are marinated. I said it ruined my sandwich. They didn't fix it with one bite missing.. I had to pay another almost $11 to get lunch... I wont be back.
Boring subs. Asked for avocado, paid extra for it, and got a minimal smear of it on the top bun. Togo's sandwiches are 10 times better!

I had an unusual and uncomfortable experience during a recent DoorDash pickup. When I identified the order, one employee (blonde hair male) laughed after telling me the order was being made and then went into the bathroom. This made me feel very self-conscious and disrespected. However, I want to acknowledge that the other employees present were very friendly and and efficient in getting my order ready. I'm providing this feedback because the interaction with that one employee really detracted from an otherwise positive experience

Pretty much an alternate name for a subway. Not a fan of whatever mayo they use either, seemed very heavy and didn't have a real pleasant taste, a light fish taste on a roast beef sandwich just wasn't agreeable.
