First time going in I tried the chipotle cheese steak. I didn't know what to expect like if I was supposed to choose other ingredients to go with it. Nope, just gave me a number on a slip of paper to checkout with. So that was all pre-decided. It was fast and the ingredients tasted good. For my tastes, other bread choices would be better, but not bad overall. I would go again to try some other hot sandwiches.

Great sandwiches...the crews work very hard and always have a good demeanor.
Ordered some sandwiches here tonight. We only received some of them. The customer service was lacking, even as we tried to be gracious for having to drive back 20 minutes to pick up the sandwich they should have made in the first place. Wish I could say I would be back as we usually eat here once a week. At this point I am finding a new go to place.

I love Jersey Mikes and I always order the #13 Original Italian, no lettuce (yuck), no oregano and no salt, add banana peppers and mayo. Long standing order (obviously). Though today (12/6/23) I ordered curbside from Springfield Mohawk location and the sandwich they brought out was not what I ordered. It had lettuce on it and no olive oil blend/red vinegar, just bland and not good. Jeneah (sp?) came out and remade my sandwich without hesitation, was kind and courteous. Kudos to you, thank you for being the epitome of awesome customer service! I'll be back for sure and hope Jeneah is there.
