That was one of the worst JJ sandwiches I have had. Bread hard not fresh and someone chopped up the bitter part of the lettuce in the sandwich. Ya cannot use the bitter part. Week before I had JJ in Grants Pass and that was light-years difference. Soft bread, good flavor.

I Ordered sandwiches online for delivery. Delivery was incredibly slow and literally everything ordered was wrong, wrong sandwiches toasted, wrong sandwich toppings, wrong drinks, wrong chips. It takes effort to be that wrong on everything ordered.

Not so “freak fast” anymore.. every time we order delivery it takes over an hour, sometimes upwards of 2-3 HOURS. I live 5 minutes from the store. On top of it every order is either missing something or the sandwhich is completely wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and got a wrap with just lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and jalapeño… wtf? Honestly don’t know why I think it’s going to be “better next time”. Bummer it never is, somehow always just a little worse.
