I Ordered sandwiches online for delivery. Delivery was incredibly slow and literally everything ordered was wrong, wrong sandwiches toasted, wrong sandwich toppings, wrong drinks, wrong chips. It takes effort to be that wrong on everything ordered.

Not so “freak fast” anymore.. every time we order delivery it takes over an hour, sometimes upwards of 2-3 HOURS. I live 5 minutes from the store. On top of it every order is either missing something or the sandwhich is completely wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and got a wrap with just lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and jalapeño… wtf? Honestly don’t know why I think it’s going to be “better next time”. Bummer it never is, somehow always just a little worse.

The team at this location does an incredible job. Even when they ran out of French bread after an unexpectedly large dinner rush, they were kind enough to help us select delicious alternatives to our go-to sandwiches. What's more, they offered us a free side to make up for the inconvenience. The food tasted great and, of course, it was freaky fast. :)

The people working there are in such a hurry to make your sandwich that as you order they are making it and having to take things off because I'm not done ordering...(I didn't want tomatoes) then they give me a dirty look. Geez. Get it home and for 13 dollars for their regular sandwich I get super stale and hard bread. Go elsewhere for a good sandwich that is appropriately priced.
The food is great, although they made my sandwich so fast while I was paying and forgot to remove and add the items I requested. Be sure to check the sandwich before you leave. The ice or water tastes terrible in the dispenser.

Showed up at 6pm. Only 1 guy and 1 girl working. Ordered 2 sandwiches but it would be 20+ minutes because the bread was in the oven. So we ordered 2 wraps. 25 minutes later, no wraps yet. Asked the guy about our order. Oh sorry, your slip is still here on the counter.... He never gave it to the girl. Got our $ back and went next door to Cafe Yumm

Put an online order in to pick up on the way home from work. Wasn't done when I got there to pick up but worse they didn't even start it. I watched them skip over my order 5 or 6 times even after I asked about it. Waited in the store for 25 minutes fir a sandwich that was ordered 20 mins before I got there. All in all it took an hr from order placed to actually getting my food. The employees were all pretty meh about everything and everyone there. I was not the only one waiting also. I usually go to the other one in town but was on this side of town so thought it would be faster. Nope. Have only been to this location like twice before and one they made every sandwich wrong and one time they were just closed at like 1pm on a Friday. My bad for giving them a 3rd chance. Either apathetic employees or slow service is fine as I get they are minimum wage jobs that suck but you gotta only suck on one part
