Today was my first time trying Joeyâs. The staff was super friendly. They had accidentally burned my pizza, and when I came to pick up my order they already had another in the oven because they wanted to make sure the quality was up to par. So thoughtful! And then they gave me a coupon for the wait. The pizza was DELICIOUS. Best Iâve had in the area. Crust is perfectly crunchy. We will definitely be back!

I am THE NEPHEW. No one spoke to me. No one in charge would have suggested youâre trying to get discounts. Joeys policy for anyone ANYONE who is dissatisfied is we will gladly remake a pizza or give your money back if you give us a pizza that is not to your liking and/or call us THAT DAY or the next. Not a week later with no pizza.
We also have it clearly posted at the restaurant that we do crispy crust and VERY light sauce (Crispy on the BOTTOM The âmiddleâ as you call it, between the cheese and the part that touches the oven stone, will OBVIOUSLY be soft as it is covered with sauce and cheese. That part is not going to crisp up. Itâs not raw. Itâs not going to be crispy THERE any more than your sliced bread at home is going to be crispy in the middle. Crust is on the OUTSIDE.
It has been relayed to me that you are dissatisfied with the amount of sauce but refused âextraâ sauce, insisting that you âjust wanted it the way itâs always been.â That doesnât help us. Either you want more sauce than you got, or less sauce than you got. Give us a quantifiable amount and weâd gladly oblige. You may stand there and watch me sauce it if you like and say âwhenâ. Iâll run right in and prepare and cook your pizza MYSELF.
Iâm sure you know itâs very hard to maintain consistency throughout the decades youâve personally been coming in while we see employees come and go. I wish I could personally make everyoneâs pizza exactly as they like it but I have to go home and care for my family every once in a while. Iâm very sorry you had a bad experience, all the more, twice in a row. I hope that you can consider the hundreds of pizzas youâve had with us as loyal customers and maybe refrain from leaving a negative review after two that went awry. I searched for all your positive reviews after those hundreds of good pizzas in the last twenty years but I dint find a single one.

Darlene, there isnât much I can do for you seeming that the ârawâ part is under the cheese. That is how pizza is. Everywhere. The bottom is crunchy, the ingredients are all cooked and then under the cheese is the sauce and the pizza dough. Also Chris Carter is the nephew and my name is spelled Camryn. I also didnât request you to send them (the pizza photos) to me I respectfully told you on the phone that during the height of rush hour I wouldnât have time to look over the photos which is when you asked me if you could send them to me personally. I also told you on the phone by doing that I still wouldnât be able to guarantee a refund. If anything me being willing to give you my PERSONAL phone number should show I had no malicious intent and was actively trying to help since I didnât need to do that. I tried to stay out of it because itâs clear we canât make you happy. I have been nothing but respectful and trying to help but I wonât sit back as you drag my coworkers and joeys pizzas name through the mud.

Use to be the best for years but our last two pizzas were uncooked in the middle, flat, very thin and had very little sauce. Brought it to the owners nephew's attention and he suggested we brought it to his attention to get a discount and made no apology and they stopped selling decent beer a couple of years ago. We won't be going back with that kind of attitude and quality. I would post pictures of the last two pizzas but don't know how here. Chris Carter, who ever you are, I did bring this to the nephews attention through Cameron and also sent photos prior to the responce. It's probably a good thing I can't post the photos here or I would have. If you are indeed the nephew Cameron was referring to I sent the photos to the phone # she requested which I will not post here.... Our last two pizzas have been flat, raw in middle and had little to no sauce on them and even though we reminded Cameron that the prior pizza had that problem (which was also brought to Cameron's attention at that time) we really thought this last pizza would have been up to previous standards. Sadly it appears that those standard have changed.
