Darlene, there isn’t much I can do for you seeming that the “raw” part is under the cheese. That is how pizza is. Everywhere. The bottom is crunchy, the ingredients are all cooked and then under the cheese is the sauce and the pizza dough. Also Chris Carter is the nephew and my name is spelled Camryn. I also didn’t request you to send them (the pizza photos) to me I respectfully told you on the phone that during the height of rush hour I wouldn’t have time to look over...
Best pi,zza in town. We live in AZ part of the year, and many times during our time away my husband will say he can't wait to get back to OR for Joey's great pizza. We almost always make it within the first week or two.

Not a week later with no pizza.
