“We just door dashed this for the first time. Only complaint was we got cocoa nibs in it and we didn’t order it that way. But I’m pretty sure the sticker for the cups prints from what we ordered so I’m thinking it had to be my daughters mistake… but great news.. because she got strawberries in hers it tastes EXACTLY like a chocolate covered strawberry! She loved it. I got orange juice based smoothie with pineapple and strawberries. BROOOO Like the best fresh squeezed orange juice smoothie I’ve ever had. We will be back!

As far as the ingredient mishap. We both did the build your own smoothie option. Neither one of us selected cocoa nibs. Both the stickers on our cups said they had it in there. Thank God mine didn’t cause orange and chocolate aint my thing. So I don’t know if it’s a door dash menu glitch or what. It worked out for my daughter but wouldn’t have for mine and they were $16 each so you want it to be what you ordered!

I ask the girl at the cash register to make sure I got the three scoop of strawberries that the recipe calls for and she got snotty and said if the recipe calls for it it will be in there. I must have made her mad because she put my drinks in the cups and then waited one three more customer before giving me mine. Vary bad customer service.“

“We were passing through Eugene from WA to CA. What a nice and delicious surprise for us, when we found The Coco Nut vegan restaurant. Food and drinks were stunning. They let us in with our dog because outside was very hot. Everyone got sweet and free ice cream samples including or golden doodle 🥰. Great personal and menu. If you are around, you should definitely try them out !“

“I was introduced to Fresh & Natural by my coworkers. I saw them having food delivered almost every day from the same place and had to ask them where it was from. They were totally surprised I hadn’t heard of Fresh & Natural. They explained it was a family owned and operated small business they have been frequenting for years. The first item I selected to try was a breakfast burrito (even if it was for lunch, who doesn’t love breakfast for lunch of dinner?). Now, I’m used to ordering a breakfast burrito and getting a huge tortilla filled with far more food than I could eat in one sitting. I was pleasantly surprised when I was handed a normal-sized burrito, but thought it looked a little on the small side. After finishing the burrito, I was surprised how nicely full I was, but not overfilled. The content and quality of everything was great and perfectly filled me for the rest of the work day. Next up was a simple bean and cheese burrito. I’ve found that over the years there are two types of bean and cheese burritos, whole pinto bean and refried. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they used whole pinto beans, as I find them more flavorful and far less greasy. I did make the mistake of ordering a regular (I only order the small size now) sized the first time, and it was enormous. It was incredibly flavorful, the cheese was melted perfectly and once gain, everything tasted fresh and filling. Unless you want enough food for a couple of meals, go for the small the first time at least! The final item I frequently order is the chicken quesadilla. This is definitely my favorite most of the time. I find it to be the perfect amount of food for a lunch when I’m on the more hungry side. The quesadilla comes with some nicely seasoned chicken, melted cheese on a grilled tortilla. It is cut into multiple pieces and comes with guac, sour cream and salsa. If I’m not really hungry, it may be too much for lunch, but a leftover quesadilla is never a bad thing! We joke at work that all the food tastes so “fresh and natural” as we don’t feel “gut bombed” no matter how much we eat of there food. I think that is a testament to high quality ingredients combined with talented and trained staff who obviously know how to cook. If you haven’t tried Fresh & Natural, put it on your list!“

Stopped in on a road trip. We are vegan so it’s always such a treat to find GOOD QUALITY VEGAN FOOD!!

The young man that waited on us was super kind and greeted us with a big smile.

I had the Thai Bowl with jasmine rice. My hubby had the Harvest Bowl. We also shared a bowl of vegan chili soup. All were made to perfection!!

“The employee help me out to understand how things worked here. He showed me that you can pretty much make everything vegan. I ordered a few things that were already vegan and they were delicious. I would definitely go back again especially because of the customer service. It was a plus. The kale Caesar salad was great. As well as there Thai bowl. “This is a location that I often go to, especially before long drives! They open earlier than all of the surrounding coffee shops, have food in additional to coffee if I want to get a small thing to eat, and they have yet to get my order wrong in the millions of times I've gotten coffee here.

The line for coffee can sometimes take a bit if you go during a busier hour, especially with the high school nearby, but it usually takes no more than 15 minutes unless its really long.

Staff here are also very nice! I love the conversations I've had with some of the staff!

Only reason the service rating is 4 is I've had a few times when showing up early where I've had to wait a bit past the time they say they open to get coffee since nobody arrived by that point.

Overall, this location is a go to coffee shop for me! I love the service, love the taste of the drinks and egg bites, and have had almost no issues here.“
