Most of the food was OK, but it wasn't exactly what we ordered and one piece of chicken had a long hair stuck in it. They replaced it for us at least. The kid that took our order had a real hard time paying attention and took him several tries to get our simple order right and he still messed it up.
The dining room was a mess. All tables were dirty, trash cans all over flowing. Hadn't been in a KFC in probably 15+ years. Will probably be another 15 years before I'm tempted to ever go again

Ordered online at 3pm on Thursday, set pickup time for 5:15pm, providing 2 hours to pack order on time and ensure it’s hot. Arrived & they couldn’t locate the order. Showed the order confirmation including the confirmation #, still couldn’t find it. They asked if maybe I ordered at a different location by mistake, I had to point out the Pickup Location clearly listed on the confirmation showing the correct store address. Then they called a manager up for more discussion. Without apology they said they would get order packed but are waiting on the chicken to finish cooking. Why is there NO chicken ready at dinner time for many people? Finally got order at 5:40pm, no offer for a discount or even a free soda. Horrible customer service and zero accountability. With current high food prices many of us aren’t eating out as much do you’d think these food chains would be working hard to keep our business. I won’t be back to KFC and I’m going to tell as many people as I can about this unfortunate experience.

Okay so I made an order at my local KFC, normally it's fairly good but tonight I had many issues. First delivery took forever then they said there was some computer malfunction who knows but I finally got my food. There was no sauces no napkins no utensils not sure how they expect me to eat the sides that come with my meal and then when I called them they didn't even care. And as a fast food manager I know that the managers are the ones that bag othe food so right there i was lied to by saying she would speak to the person who bagged it.
Wish i could say better things. Ordered with app to pickup at 4.30 pm. Got there about 4.35 and no one covering the counter. Got someones attention and asked about the order and was told it wasn't ready. Several other customers waiting as well for their food. Watched 2 people walk out because nobody helped them. 15 minutes after it should have been ready they finally brought me my food. get home and order was incomplete . With that being said, food was very good

Unfortunately I had to make a complaint. I did receive feedback from the corporate office which was nice. They're issuing me about your for a free meal to see if it is better we will see. I was highly disappointed but will give it another try.

Everytime I come here they forget to put my food in the bag or it's cold. They had me pull around front to wait for fries. Then had me wait 20 minutes.

I asked for no mayo because they always put one giant dollop in one single spot in the sandwich, and instead I got mayo and no pickles, and they gave me chicken tenders instead of a filet. Didn't even tell me they didn't have filets until I already pulled up and paid. Threw my pot pie in sideways and it was smashed up.
