As a doordash driver I'd just deny anything coming from this specific KFC location. They will make you wait for over 40 mins. The most horrible experience as a driver I have had! I would just avoid this location all together until they get better service.

Fries were a tad on the old side and they didn't have enough to fill my 3 orders. I was ok my lunch so I didn't have e time to wait for fresh fries and the fried pickles I tried to order. But the staff was really nice and promptly took care of my order
Visited KFC today and had a frustrating experience from start to finish. The cashier wasn't paying attention to my order - despite clearly stating what I wanted, he still asked if I wanted mashed potatoes for my side. I repeated my order for fries, but in hindsight, maybe I should have just taken the mashed potatoes instead.
The fries were clearly overcooked and burnt, with an unpleasant taste that suggested they came from a fryer that needed cleaning. My husband's chicken sandwich had the same off-putting flavor, making it barely edible. My chicken tenders tasted fine but were clearly not hot - likely sitting under heat lamps for too long.
As I was leaving, I witnessed another customer coming in to complain about missing items from her drive-through order, which seems to indicate this location has ongoing service and attention issues.
As someone who has worked in food service for four years, I understand the stress of the industry and that everyone makes mistakes. However, this experience went well beyond simple mistakes - it points to systemic issues with kitchen maintenance, food quality control, and customer service.
I'd recommend this location pay closer attention to order accuracy, fryer oil quality, cooking times, and food freshness. When done right, KFC can be great - but this visit fell well short of expectations. Unfortunately, based on today's experience, I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location in the future.

Service is horrible at best. I stood at the counter without acknowledgement for a good 3 minutes. In that time I watched 2 cars pull up to the drive thru window and pull away. When finally acknowledged it was to be told they will be right with me. There was 2 people working the drive thru, 3 on the line. I walked away after waiting 5 minutes to order food. The last time I came here it was almost the same. I won't be back.

Don't go in the evening they don't have a good selection. No biscuits or white meat chicken 3 times now. Ugh or they give you a thigh when you paid for a breast
