I'd give no stars if I could. This is the second time the managers said they would hire me with my experience 😂 the second time she told me she didn't think the cook who she hired was gonna last and said she was gonna hire (hired me) me to replace him 😂 that was a joke that they would actually have a decent location for a restaurant if they didn't hire crackheads or homeless people 😂 you just as bad as the last hiring manager they had.

We tried to get dinner at 4:45 Saturday evening through the drive-thru. Asked if pot pies were available and they said yes how many so we ordered 2. Then tried to get a 10 piece original family meal and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. We said no too long of a wait. Pulled up to the window for our pot pies and were told they wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes. The worst part was the young man seemed amused that we couldn't get anything we wanted to purchase. Very poor customer service and extremely poor management of product. In the future we will spend our money elsewhere.

They took over 20 minutes of me sitting in the drive through to give me my food. The guy at the window had attitude the whole time.
They were picking things up off the floor then continuing to cook. Disgusting. Kept throwing stuff on the floor instead of the garbage. Like the empty mayo plastic and lids to containers.
The main guy literally told a customer who was complaining about the wait to “come back and do it.”
I understand being in a rush, but you cannot be rude or gross. Those cross a line.
Not once did we complain or say anything about the wait. We said please and thank you and still got sass. I asked for sauce when I got the to go bag and the guy sighed then threw the sauces in my bag. Ridiculous .
The service was terrible, we waited for more than 30 minutes

I always order at least 10 minutes before I arrive. They have me park out front every time and have no customer service. Just rude entitled kids. Go to Popeyes. It's a 20 minute drive but the food and service are so much better. Fire all your employees and start fresh. Cuz obviously it's management as well.
