I’ve never once done a google review but going to this KFC has made me never want to go back again I’ve gone to this kfc for years but when I went this last time the was staff being extremely rude when telling me it’s a 30 minute wait for 4 chicken tenders and all talking poorly about the establishment and the customers behind the counter and saying how there all gonna quit and to be honest I don’t really trust a place with my food when I hear all the employees saying there gonna quit behind the counter not to mention all the food was old and soggy aside from the drinks they were good definitely did not eat the food tho.

Straight up, lied to my face and said that they “didn’t have mikes hot honey” when I know that they did and they were just too lazy to sauce up my sandwich they’ve tried to pull this on me a few times and it’s quite rude. It literally offers the option on the menu. Workers have no work ethic.

I dont think I ever a complaint when it comes to KFC! I love everything on the menu. The chicken sandwich is hands down the best! Huge piece of chicken and it taste delish! The Country Fried Steak is a must to try!

We ordered an 8 piece on line. We ended up with a 4 piece. When I called to report the messed up order they answered the phone and then hung up. When I called back they laid the phone down and walked away. When someone did pickup, I asked for the manger. Max said she was the manager and couldn't hear me. Or at least not until I asked her name again and asked how she was going to fix the messed up order. She had no solution to the messed up order other than she couldn't hear me. KFC may want to get better phones or better managers.

I'd give no stars if I could. This is the second time the managers said they would hire me with my experience 😂 the second time she told me she didn't think the cook who she hired was gonna last and said she was gonna hire (hired me) me to replace him 😂 that was a joke that they would actually have a decent location for a restaurant if they didn't hire crackheads or homeless people 😂 you just as bad as the last hiring manager they had.

We tried to get dinner at 4:45 Saturday evening through the drive-thru. Asked if pot pies were available and they said yes how many so we ordered 2. Then tried to get a 10 piece original family meal and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. We said no too long of a wait. Pulled up to the window for our pot pies and were told they wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes. The worst part was the young man seemed amused that we couldn't get anything we wanted to purchase. Very poor customer service and extremely poor management of product. In the future we will spend our money elsewhere.
