La Espiga Bakery is amazing! The bread and pastries are always fresh, and everything tastes homemade with real flavor. The staff is super friendly and welcoming — they make you feel like family every time you stop by. Definitely my favorite bakery in Springfield! This is a small locally owned Mexican bakery. I was happy to find some of my culture I could share with the family. I would come back here, the service was friendly and the Pan Dulce was very good. I liked that they had variety, even at the end of the day. Come in, grab a red tray and serve yourself while they bag your pan dulce to go. Don’t forget the Mexican candy and refrigerated treats and beverages on the way out. Very fair pricing. Spent $21 for half a dozen or so, some candy and a beverage and jello.

Bakery? This people donf know how to make a 3 leches cake. The 3 leches cake is bad . First its not enough variety of bread to choice, second the bread is not good. We got few bread to taste and see if its better than the other bakery from Eugene but the bread is not sweet. No flavor at all. Its just plain bread taste. I know we are not close to mexico but dont bring thing saying that are authentic mexico bread. This is way to far from real bread. Another thing the guy was there dont know how to be friendly. The bread sucks and the services sucks.

Owners are very nice people. It smells delicious when you first walk in and it's all so fresh. They didn't always have the same thing every time I go in so I know it's made fresh, plus I can see them baking. Out of the bakeries I've tried, this one in Eugene and Springfield these treats are the most flavorful and moist. I'll definitely keep coming back. Prices are very reasonable too!
