Don’t listen to the negative 1 star reviews, this place is killer! Great prices, if not the best, and really tasty authentic Mexican bread. I love shopping here and the staff is very friendly.
La Espiga Bakery is amazing! The bread and pastries are always fresh, and everything tastes homemade with real flavor. The staff is super friendly and welcoming — they make you feel like family every time you stop by. Definitely my favorite bakery in Springfield! Highly recommend their conchas and bolillos — delicious! 😋
This is a small locally owned Mexican bakery. I was happy to find some of my culture I could share with the family. I would come back here, the service was friendly and the Pan Dulce was very good. I liked that they had variety, even at the end of the day. Come in, grab a red tray and serve yourself while they bag your pan dulce to go.
