The food here is ALWAYS so good! Tried the spicy rice noodle stir fry today and it was AMAZING!!! Not only was presentation great but flavor was impeccable. I will always come to this place for great food!

If you haven't noticed from the other reviews, people love this place. It's the food, and it's the dude. An order of the quesabirria tacos is not only delicious, but keeps me feeling alive for longer than most meals. If you're ordering some excellent munchage from La Mandibula, I recommend ordering a shot of Dr. Bird from the Monkey's Paw to go with it. That's my favorite combo, anyway.

The quesabirria tacos are the best you can find in Eugene and Springfield. The consume is rich; the tortillas are handmade, crispened, yet soft; I can't describe the cheese, but it's really good; and the service is always kind and generous.If you think you have had quesabirrias, think again! You should try them here!Oh, and the bean taco that comes with the two quesabirria combo always surprises me because it's so good for being beans and cheese. You'll see. It's also quite refreshing after the intense goodness of the quesabirrias.BTW, drinks are in the Monkey Paw.

Best barria tacos ever. Sucks that the owners can't be consistent with their open hours. If hours are posted online you should stick to those. It's very unprofessional to have customers commute to your place of business to find you haven't opened on time, not opened at all for the day and sometimes even close early because they failed to produce enough food to sell for the day.

I highly recommend trying the quesobirria tacos! Well worth the $$. They were so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice for someone who can't handle much. There is an option for spicy if that is your guilty pleasure. Would rate 12/10 for quality/service/kindness.
