Lani Moku catered our wedding welcome dinner and served 70 people with ease in the middle of a power outage!!!! We thought the power being out would be a disaster, but the Lani Moku team didn't blink an eye and had what they needed to be totally self sufficient and also help us power some lights. Besides their total professionalism and kindness, the food was delicious and a big hit. Their tempeh is some of the best I've had and even our guests who weren't vegetarians loved it.
