Love this spot. Good people, good food, fair prices.
There food is fine, but I'm primarily writing about their breakfast burritos. Bacon burrito does not actually use crispy breakfast-bacon, more like chunks of ham. They use too much potato filler and the cheese tends to get all clumped into pockets. I tried their breakfast burrito again today, just because it's been a while, and I was reminded why I haven't been there, and won't be going back again for their breakfast burrito. Typically I will eat an entire burrito even though it's more than one person needs (before going on a long bike ride), but this time I ate a little more than half and simply decided to throw away the rest, it's just not good. The breakfast burrito lacks any decent flavor, it is rather bland.
Without being that guy, there is another establishment only about a mile further east on main st. in Springfield that offers IMO a far superior breakfast burrito.
Otherwise, some of their tacos and non-breakfast burritos are good, but again, the other establishment about 1 mile east is definitely better.

Taco salad doesn't come with meat?!? That was a huge waste of money. This place is a joke, I'll never go there again. Taco with no meat is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Y'all actually eat this garbage?

Can't give it anymore than 1 star, was really looking forward to trying the food but they weren't open when the schedule said they were the door was locked
Good food
They limit their sauce to two, so my rating is limited to two stars. The sauce containers are small but I'd say about the standard. I love coming here. I go out of my way from across town even though there are other Mexican restaurants closer to me. My husband asked for extra sauce and they gave 2.5 per burrito because they said they limit it to 2. Needless to say, I'm not really going to come back here for some time. Never had something so interesting happen at a Mexican restaurant before 😹

Excellent service, excellent breakfast burrito.
After being a loyal customer for 7 years, had their daily special, grilled chicken bureto. It was cold in center and lacked ANY flavor. Spoke with server lady and zero responce.
She did not care. Never again.

Review based on food quality, freshness, authenticity and a great value. Nice seating for dine in. Food was made quickly.
Been coming here for years. Always great service and great food.
I gave 4 stars cause I don’t care for the potatoes they use in the burrito I like the hash brown type potatoes .. buts it’s good for sure
Really like this place but wish they would use the grill to heat the meat .. miss that
Location always matters, and this place has it. At the Springfield Station on Main Street. Something for everyone and I mean that from dollars to tastes. A big menu and unbelievably priced daily specials. Los Faroles is for all of us.
The people greeting you, making the food quickly and crossing the counter with smiles say it all. Open all day and until 9p, and early for breakfast burritos just in case.
Flexible and friendly. Simple and delicious burritos and tacos. Do ask for the habanero sauce and their horchata.
This is good food meant well. You’ll finish it all, for sure.
