Love their smoothies in the fact that I can customize them, they also have some yummy almond butter chia seed balls 😋
Space is a bit cramped inside bit I guess they are relocating?

Ordered the lox and a cap but they forgot my order. I was waiting around a half hour just for my lox and there was only 5 people in the cafe. The lox was a bit too salty but so was I haha.

I was heartbroken to see that Lovely's expansion into a new space was accompanied by the painting over of one of the community's most beautiful murals. How such a meaningful project that involved so many youth in the community didn't match the tenant's brand is beyond me, especially for a cafe centered on natural ingredients and sustainability. A captivating and hyper-realistic image of our county's native pollinators and gorgeous florals that mirrored the same color scheme and florals of Lovely's own merchandise felt like it could have been a perfect fit for a place named "Lovely." Of course, the tenants are within their right to choose to rebrand. But without communication or notice to any of the artists who created such an important piece is still disappointing, and feels like a confusing marketing choice to break the trust of the same community you are trying to serve, in exchange for a white wall. My heart goes out to the students of A3 high school just across the street, whose dedication and passion through the pandemic brought this wall to life at the same time that Lovely struggled to stay afloat. We will all miss this mural on our way into Springfield. All things considered, the food here has always been good, it's just overpriced. In my 3 years living on Main I could only justify the price of their food a handful of times, but would recommend their various pickled goods as you can't get anything quite like them elsewhere in town. I hope the new location has an improved atmosphere and expanded menu, and maybe they will engage local artists again to repaint something that feels more suitable to their brand.

Great food, but over priced for the portion size.
Lady at register glared at me and didn't greet me. I told her what I wanted a medium mocha. I paid with card. Coffee was weak. She smiled kindly to other customers so I don't know why she was so different with me.

Very rude workers. Terrible customer service and bad attitudes. Was very excited to try this place and my first visit will be my last.

They were so rude, did not make my drink how I told them and when I asked to get it fixed they said they would have to charge me again. Even the girl that was there waiting for their food before us got upset because they weren’t making her stuff. Very sad, was looking forward to it cuz it’s cute in there. But the workers made it a terrible environment. Straight up rolling their eyes at us :(

I had avocado toast, one of the daily smoothies and picked up some pickled onions. I like the fact I could get a kid's size avocado toast and the smoothie was blended perfectly and not too sweet.
They had nice outside seating and a fair amount of seating inside (inside nto good for big groups. But outside had nice bench/table sets for larger groups). Service was average, friendly, but as I was getting more stuff leaving, I waited for a few minutes and then had to get the cashiers attention. It was a bus-your-own table type establishment. Everything was clean, had a decent bathroom. Loved the selection of juices and smoothies, had healthy options of breakfast items; excited to try more menu options.
Overall, things were great and will enjoy returning to thus establishment.

In terms of health food items, the food was way overpriced for the quality of items and service provided.. Probably won't be stopping back
Awesome custom drinks and the food is excellent. You also get to experience downtown Springfield which is up and coming. Great for people watching. Really a lovely environment and location.
