Just left a 1 star for medium fry missing a 1/3 of the fry’s. Then I opened up my x2 McDoubles only to find the buns and burgers were so dark it looked like they have been sitting in the sun all day. The owner should do himself a favor and fire their manager. He would lose less customers. My burgers tasted like they were sitting on a hot shelf for multiple hours.

I feel compelled to write this review because I went to the Taco Bell down the street the other day and was met with the worst customer service, a filthy restaurant and terrible food even by their standards. Ive had nothing but excellent friendly and efficient service at this McD's every time I've gone.

It's very hit or miss in this McDonald's. It's either clean, or not. Yesterday I was having a problem with the App, and the girl I asked knew nothing. She didn't know how to work the register. Some people are on point, others are clueless. Sometimes service is great, other times it's mediocre. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it's overcooked and dry. Most times the fries are amazing. Other times you can tell they haven't changed their oil. I've been eating there less because the food is getting expensive, but the portions are getting smaller. Their burgers are tiny compared to a few years ago.

Feeling really disappointed. Today at about 2:30 PM I waited in an extraordinarily long drive-through line in the hopes of getting a salad. Because McDonald’s has always had salads. I even googled “McDonald’s salads” before I left for my lunch break, and found a page on their site listing several options. So I felt confident they’d at least have one.

Upon getting to the speaker, I don’t see any salads at all. I am told that salads have been taken off the menu. I look at the menu for anything that isn’t loaded with carbs and fat. Nothing. So I ended up waiting in the line just so I could leave. This took up 9 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break. Great.

I will recognize that the employees were apologetic and kind. I’m really kind of disgusted in McDonald’s, but honestly I’ve never cared for their food so at least now I know to not even bother. Thanks for keeping America fat and unhealthy, McDonald’s. You are part of the problem, and not even bothering to offer solutions.

Maybe teach your employees not to gripe when things aren't made the way they are suppost to be. Also shouldn't talk crappie within earshot of the customer
