Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

We absolutely LOVE this little shop. Last night, we met the absolute best employee they have. She was kind & patient. A group of about 10 younger guys came in right after us. They were very polite but also loud and all over the place (like normal teenagers), but I could tell her attitude set the mood for the whole place. They were also very kind to her and didn't interrupt her or her helping us. Great job!!

Again another disappointment we ran 40 min in to get Menchies low sugar because Diabetics don't have many options and again Menchies is completely out as it is they don't offer hardly any low sugar options this is frustrating they are going to lose my business very soon and this place is usually the go to for family birthdays but this place is quickly becoming an urealiable let down!

This was the first time we went here, and it was good. Lots of yummy toppings! Also helped that the young lady at the cash register, was so nice. It can 'make or break' a business, depending on what the personality of the employees are like, and how they interact with customers. And this young lady definitely is a bonus to this place.?

My card was run multiple times and the girl said it wasn't working. I said I think it did go through. She said if it did, I would be refunded. I then paid and tipped with a different card. My first card was double charged for the yougurt and the tip. I was told only a manager could help. I have called twice and NO REFUND! No call back. This is a terrible way to run a business.

SO DIRTY! Very disappointed in this Menchies store, they were out of 3 options and the regular chocolate and vanilla was barely frozen, also out of Carmel sauce, the store was extremely dirty, Unkept and Messy. The floors were disgustingly filthy. I should have left my melted yogurt and walked out. We wont be back and will be going someplace else for a treat night.

Dirty, only one employee who was juggling machines, check out and door dash orders. Every surface was sticky. I couldn't bring myself to eat and just threw it away.

Took my grandkids here and they loved it! Super simple frozen yogurt place but very good. Had good options and the kiddos went crazy at the toppings bar. The workers were also really nice. Will come again!

The bathroom had no soap and it was extremely dirty as you can see in the pictures.
The tray of the sample cups was really dirty. The toppings area was filthy, the tables were not wiped down, the floors were also dirty and a long etcetera.
Do not eat here.

My son and I stopped in today and the store was extremely dirty. Garbage on the floor, the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, same with the windows. The frozen yogurt options were very limited. We frequent this location as it is a great way to spend our time when our dogs are getting groomed at Petco, and this is the first time I’ve ever wanted to just turn around and walk out. Even my 9 year old son pointed out how dirty it was.

This place was soon dirty I didn't even want to buy anything the countertop where the food is was disgusting and I wonder when do they actually replace tge spoons that everyone is handling I think they just leave all the toppings plot at night . Definitely would like to know I'd mice are on the counterrops . Also couldn't get a waffle because that wasn't clean and the girl working said they left tge batter out all night NOT SAFE TO EAT .. I think they should hire a professional cleaning company to make sure that the job gets done & the customers don't get sick from contaminated food. Absolutely disgusting from the floors to the door handle.
