$23 for one bowl of Cajun fettuccine with double chicken but they couldn’t eat it because it’s soooo salty . Had to wait 25 mins for them to find chicken. Ehh they used to be good..

Amazing experience! We loved the variety of options and really enjoyed the flavors. Wait was pretty typical of any dine in. Some plates were cold some were perfectly hot so just depends I guess. Overall a great place and we will definitely go again on our next time through town!

Came here as a second option. Should’ve just went home. Husbands Mac and cheese was not warm enough to melt the shredded cheese they top the Mac with and the Mac was runny with undercooked noodles. The rigatoni Rosa was not good. More wet than it used to be and the change from penne to rigatoni has ruined this entree. Not coming back to any location.

I wouldn't dine in, every table I tried was sticky, the floors were sticky, trash everywhere (literally looked like people just swept the trash under tables instead of actually cleaning) i came in near opening so it makes me think that they didnt even clean up the mess from the previous day. food was OK, I was craving spegetti and it scratched the itch but the atmosphere of the restaurant itself is really gross.

Last order I got off DoorDash. Ordered chicken noodle soup. All noodles were overcooked, as well as the chicken (was super rubbery) and there was no broth hardly at all. I was stuck at work and tried to like it.. every bite I had was horrible. Usually the chicken noodle is better than Panera.. was very confused.

Food was lukewarm at best. Mac and cheese was watery. My first time at Noodles & Co in over 5 years. Now I remember why. It will be many more years before I make that mistake again. You can do a lot better than this, especially at the price.
Changed their menu quality of food has went down, who runs out of vegetables???

I used door dash and ordered padthai and pot stickers. I ordered and paid for extra padthai sauce but received NO SAUCE on or in a container. So I tried to call the place to let them know that I received no sauce at all but they do not answer their phone! I called many times and all it does is ring for awhile then hang up. Guess that's a simple way to not have to address messed up orders... if I were not recovering from a broken hip I'd drive down there and take their dang food back to them and get a refund!

What a rat race. Order took forever to prepare. There are tons of delivery drivers standing around waiting on orders. It looked like there was plenty of staff but still not productive. Food was mediocre

It is strange only being able to order online. I understand, but still. The atmosphere would be better if it was welcoming. It doesn't feel very welcoming when one comes to a dine in restaurant to find all the chairs up and to find you may order online or not at all. And no eating there.
I often want to eat there for dinner and choose not to only because I don't want to take it home every single time. I'll go somewhere I can order, eat, and leave satisfied.
Or, if you aren't going to let diners eat there, then get rid of that part of the restaurant. Just an opinion and suggestion. Take it or leave it.
The good was exceptional to me. They did forget the side of marinara I paid for. Mistakes happen. I had a dish with the zucchini noodles and extra veggies and a side of marinara. The food was hot, fresh and so good. Even better the next day. I will eat there again. For now.
