I liked the concept, the execution was lacking.
I had the supposed pad thai, and it was so so. The chicken had that pre-cooked, refrigerated, and then warmed up again aftertaste, the noodles were a touch mushy, and the rest was... ok I guess? I didn't hate it, but I wouldn't be going back for any.
My son had their mac and cheese and it was also ok I guess. There was a very faint powdered cheese flavor which might not even have been powdered cheese but just the way it was processed.
The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The store itself is forgettably bland which is probably a good thing for a fast food place.
I won't be going back, but only because it was kind of meh and boring, not because it was awful.

Always a great experience usually but sometimes things are forgotten in my order. Other than that food is amazing and the workers are so nice.

I can usually tolerate cross contamination but my gluten free pasta still hurt my stomach. There isn't really a point in offering gluten free alternatives if there's so much cross contamination that it cancels out. Used to be amazing before I became gluten intolerant. My fiancé's macaroni and cheese wasn't mixed, there were obvious portions of plain noodle.

So last 2x I have ordered, my noodles have been barely above warm. I am not even talking like warm. Both times it has been on the Wisconsin cheese with extra noodles. Gets frustrating. It happens both here and valley river location. I get tired of eating cold food.

I got the new garlic Ramen, and the noodles were in like a giant clump. It was way too much garlic. I added steak to mine and the steak was very rubbery. The seating is awful and is clearly designed to encourage people not to linger.

The staff is always nice, but the last few times I've gone the food is so salty that it tastes like ocean water is used as a base for the sauce. Like mouth-burningly salty.

We were not greeted. The girl at the counter walked up and just stood there. She wasn't even looking at us. Then while ordering, FINALLY. Another girl came and restocked the beverage cooler by reaching over me. As I was ordering and unable to move over as my daughter who was ordering was to my left. She just crowded right in and stocked. We waited over 20 minutes and the food was cold and undercooked. This was an awful experience. The people behind us had just received their meals as we were getting ready to leave. There were 4 customers in the restaurant, the entire time so the wait was completely uncalled for. Not being greeted was so unprofessional. And the girl who restocked was so rude. I will NEVER be back to this place. I was shocked by the positive reviews. People must really love pasta and not care how it tastes and how bad service is in order to eat here.

Cleanliness 3/5
It looked as if none of the tables had been wiped down in at least an hour, every table had bits of noodle or crumbs on it. Not enough for one to recoil, but enough for it to be noticeable. Food was fine. Very surprised that a noodle place does not offer chopsticks upon request, especially one that serves Asian themed cuisine. I got the Japanese noodles with grilled chicken. Noodles were good, but I feel the food was lacking in vegetables and meat. There was more chicken than broccoli, and there wasn't even a lot of chicken. It was acceptable, but I was not impressed and probably won't return again. Maybe their mac and cheese is really good, but I do not think I will be finding out.

After a poor experience with Panera next door, we came here. We both ordered the Pad Thai with grilled chicken. It was excellent and served hot within about 10 minutes.
My only objection was the very small plastic fork. Sure wish restaurants would get away from single use plastic utensils.
