Paid $12 for a lame kids burger that sat under the heat lamp for 21 minutes before I went and checked on my order.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, we are sitting here after eating, waited 52 minutes for our dinner to arrive, burgers were bad, one of them was wrong both were overcooked, we asked for medium and they were well done. When I went to check on the meal, the person said that they average 40 minutes. Burgers are small and they are way too expensive for what you get, ours were $17 and $19. The kids chicken strip meal came with one over-cooked chicken strip for $11. The atmosphere is fine because it's Public House, but I will never be ordering from Northwest Burgers again, any other option at Public House has to be better.

Burnt and dry chicken strip meal. $16 for a burnt and dry strip cut in half and put between 2 tiny slider buns, called nashville chicken sandwich plate. Flavorless and dry. Seriously disappointed.

This place is nice, however the prices are way too expensive... I spent $15 for a large order of fries, and only got what seemed to be 10 additional fries when compared to the regular $9 order of fries. Additionally, the smaller order is nowhere near enough for a $9 price tag on fries.
They tasted great, but not worth the price.
The burgers are also around $20, and don't come with fries on the side. This feels like they're taking advantage of people wanting to spend time with others and serve them smaller portions for higher prices.

20$! Are y’all serious? Slider sized chicken sandwich with overcooked fries? Never again. Take your money and go to Killer or Toxic, this place is trash

Update: I got food poisoning from their burger. Vomiting, the squirts, the whole 9.

Took over 40 minutes to get a hamburger and fries.. The bread was hard and the meat way dry. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!

Horrible service and time for completing orders. Food is good but not worth the marathon wait.

I really enjoy their burgers and pizza, but almost always having to wait 45min to an hour is INSANE. Ordered garlic cheese sticks today for dine in, waited 40 minutes and asked them to put it to-go instead, get the box at 55 minutes wait just for them to give me a pizza instead of garlic cheese sticks. Decided getting it changed to what I actually wanted was too much hassle and left with my pizza instead. Get it together, guys. It wasn't even busy.

I ordered wings and fries and they only gave me 2 wings in the to go box. Please make sure you look in the to go boxes before you leave this restaurant, they might leave items out.

Fish n chips dinner. Got two dinners, both came with two thin short pieces of fish that were extremely salty and a half handful of fries. Spent $15 per plate of food, if you can call that a plate! Order takers acted like they were bothered by us asking questions about menu items. We will never go there again.

Owners and staff are great people - food is delicious. You can tell they care about supporting local because they always have specials featuring local farms and ingredients.
