Original Roadhouse Grill

Man, for the last 20 years this place has been my favorite restaurant. In the last 1-2 years, everything has changed for the worst. The steaks are rushed and dry, the bread tastes like dry freezer burnt Albertsons rolls, the service is subpar, all of this and still the prices are up 40%. It really breaks my heart. This was the last chance I can give them after five awful experiences in a row. I hate to see yet another restaurant ruined post covid. Goodbye Roadhouse, I’ll miss the old you.

Haven't been here for a while and won't be returning anytime soon. Ordered a mushroom swiss burger with fries. The meat was tough and the fries were cold. Hard to mess up a burger and fries, but they did! It was not busy and waitress never brought water refills, she checked on us 1 time. Bye!!!

Waited for 50 minutes for table, several open tables, but kitchen was way backed up. Wouldn't even seat us to have a beverage while waiting, this was the managers instructions even. We would have been happy to sit and talk with spending money on beverages while waiting with no problem. But will be going other places with a better customer service attitude. Just sit people and explain situation, money not being made from bar for sure.

For the price food is bland and stale. Ribs were good. Service slow. Waiter was kind and friendly. She gave us updates on our food. Won't come back

I thought I would give this steak house a chance. I regretted it in the end. Full price, underwhelming experience. I thought I could find a second best steak house and found one of the last options. The only thing I enjoyed was the free rolls, but we only got one round.

Cold soggy bland fries, completely tasteless burger topped with brown lettuce. The best thing about my meal was the soda. All that for $25 after the forced gratuity. All three times I’ve been here have been just an expensive let down. Service was nice enough I guess

I mean if you're choosing between this and Texas Roadhouse got to Texas Roadhouse. The food here is just ok. They try to copy Roadhouse rolls and butter but fail miserably. Sirloin is seasoned well but the quality of the meat isn't there. Save your time andoney and go to Texas Roadhouse.

Alright so haven't been in several years food has gone down in quality and price has gone way up for what ya getting now that is pretty much the normal these days but thankfully the staff were incredibly friendly and nice when I told them about the fact that the coleslaw was just cabbage without anything else and the beans were burnt the other a refund or a free side I did the free side and it was overall a good place to eat just don't expect high quality

Had an excellent ribeye steak dinner. The steak was actually very lean for a ribeye. If the waitress was in a good mood, I don't want to be around when she's in a bad mood. She was polite, but she had no smile and acted like she didn't want to be there. Overall, we had a nice dinner

This place has really gone downhill.. The service was OK.. nothing against our waitress she tried really hard, and we tipped well, but she was clearly overworked and stressed by her attitude. The food is always good, but their prices have really hiked up. Just took a long time to get our food or anything we asked for.. just wasn't a good experience overall. We went at lunchtime, and there were maybe 5-7 tables and 1 waitress. Overpriced and poor service.

Decent food but nothing special. Slow service in the midafternoon. Friendly waitress but stretched too thin. Prices are a little high for what you get in my opinion. But the quality is good enough to satisfy an itch for bbq. Flavored lemonades are well worth it. Bonus that you can snack on whole peanuts in the shell.

Kate, our waitress, was awesome! Seriously, she made us feel so welcome and looked after us perfectly. Her kool-aid alchol suggestion was amazing; you gotta try it! She was so easy to talk to.

I got a 6 oz sirloin steak and it was overcooked and it had kind of shrunk the decorative kale was larger than my steak I was very disappointed.
