Original Roadhouse Grill

Amazing Bar-Be Qued Ribs, Medium Rare Sirloin Steak, with Mushrooms & Grilled Onions, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli with all you can eat Incredible Rolls with Maple Butter. We didn't know where Original Roadhouse Grill was located so we followed our oldest son and daughter there.

Server not attentive & would bring one thing at a time. Food was not as good as in the past or not as good as food in Salem location. Chicken on salad was overcooked and sooo dry. Tri-tip was well done, not medium. Good flavor though. BBQ Half Chicken Dinner- chicken was cold, barely warm with little sauce brushed on, and Mac & cheese was just average ok. Sweet Potatoes used to be huge but two of us got it & both were small ones. Disappointed & embarrassed for the guests we brought there.

Asked for a steak and shrimp ($33.99) ended up with $60+ and $50+ dollar lunch that had no seasoning on the steak, shrimp was WAY overcooked (charcoal) and we never asked for a ribeye. The server was not serving but talking to other staff and people who walk in. Won’t be back unfortunately. Sucks because this was our favorite date night spot. We haven’t been by in years as we live 3 hours away now. Ugh wasn’t worth the drive at all. 😩

4:30 on a Saturday at the bar and only 2 other people were at the bar but my burger and fries order was very late and the fries were almost room temperature. The person that had brought the order was gone and the bartender was out of site. Was unable to voice the issue until I was done with the burger but not the fries. Will never go back after that terrible service

I've come to these since I was a child. Tried Texas Roadhouse once, doesn't compare. My husband had a manager issue as they changed a few things but left us uninformed, should clear up, hence the reduced star but normally great here. Rolls and steak amazing at a fantastic price. Also they were super sweet and patient with my baby.

Save your time and money! I don't know how is still in business. Rude wait staff, waited 20 minutes for bread and finally got up and left. The server didn't know why we were leaving.She asked if it was because of the bread and it was all around the whole service.The tables were dirty, the salad was pathetic for 7 dollars. Absolutely not worth going.

Not sure if the cook has changed recently but the food was very mediocre compared to the last time i was here. served cold and raw burgers, fries were cold and the “coleslaw” was almost inedible.. not sure what’s changed but something needs to be fixed.

waitress was super nice and understanding though, she got a nice tip.

The prices are outrageous, the floor was a mess, the food was warm at best. French fries were undercooked and the mac n cheese was the worst I've ever had. but the service was so bad. Saw the server maybe twice. Took her 10 minutes to bring menus, yelled across the room to get drink order, and took 15 minutes to get our ticket. If I go to a roadhouse it will be the Texas Roadhouse

There is reasons this place is always dead now days. Waiters who rush in a empty restaurant with big attitudes. The manger knows about the problem even.

Steaks were wonderful, filet. Cooked just right and tender. Only negative was they were out of red wine ( they were in the process of changing the wine list)
