Good food, great service, pretty expensive for the type of food, eventide somebody opened the entrance door a huge amount of cold air would rush in and out was freezing at our table, like eating outside when it is only 45 degrees out, we had to eat out coats throughout dinner, they need a climate contingency heater in their entry way.

We've always liked Outback. The filet mignon is my favorite. Unfortunately, the last visit was the first time I'd ordered a bloomin' onion in years, and it was half burnt and half gooey. I think it's best to avoid the restaurant during peak dinner times, so as to avoid this issue.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Of our two steaks we ordered med-rare, while one was cooked properly, the other was so rare it was still cold in the center. The flavor was underwhelming, and even simple order requests like ranch dressing for a side salad and adding ketchup and mayo to a kids burger were missed or received incorrectly (no condiments, and thousand Island instead of ranch). The coconut shrimp were also a surprisingly-bad outcome, with an off-putting "creole marmalade" sauce that tasted mostly of mustard and already had a strong taste of shrimp before you ever dipped one in it.
Also, the value just wasn't there for a lot of options. The Seared Ahi was a tiny portion compared to the images on their online menu, certainly not worth twenty bucks even with the enormous salad they put it on, and the herb butter was a small pat about the size of a tablespoon, again a far cry from what you might expect for a $3 add-on.
Out of our whole meal, the Blooming Onion was quite good, but unfortunately it stood alone on a meal that cost nearly $160 with tip. We would recommend avoiding here, as other nearby steak options like Original Roadhouse Grill have been consistently far tastier experiences.

This used to be my in laws favorite place to eat when they would come visit as they are from a small town. But last nights experience was quite awful. It took the waitress almost 20 mins to grab our drink order, the food was mediocre at best, and the all our drinks were made incorrectly. The steaks were not cooked to order and very tough, the broccoli that came with the coconut shrimp was bad, it stunk up the table as soon as it arrived. The waitress was very nice but was overworked with tables to the point we were neglected most of the visit. Not a great experience.
Vegetarian options: Not that most vegetarians come to a steak house, but there is no options for vegans/veggies besides sides.

Four of us went for a birthday dinner. Apparently OB changed the recipe for the sauce on their ribs. I get ribs on every visit, but didn't like this sauce at all. My other guests didn't have their steaks cooked properly. We asked for separate checks, but didn't get them. It took our waiter over 30 minutes to divide the check. I wont be back here again anytime soon.

Food is good service is slow
This visit left us a bit disappointed.
Our food was pretty bland, plenty of it though and decently priced.
Staff clearing a table dropped some sort of dressing and it splashed us. He apologized, we understand accidents happen so not a big deal but he kinda left the mess on the floor for a long time.

Probably the worst steak I’ve ever had, the fire alarm went off about 6x and the service was horrible!!!

Went for dinner, party of 5. Waitress took a ridiculous amount of time to even get to us to take our drink order. Then we waited 25+ minutes to get our drinks. She said she would be right back with some straws. We waited 20+ minutes and then I went to the bar and got them myself. She finally came back (with no straws) and took our food order. We asked for some sugar for my son's unsweetened tea. She said she would get it and be right back. After 15+ minutes I went to the bar and got the sugar myself. We already knew we were going to wait a long time to eat. But after like 40 minutes, she comes to the table, not with our food, but to tell us that they were out of sweet potatoes which 3 of us ordered. We wondered why we had to learn this after like an hour? The service sucked. The food was ok. The wait was ridiculous.

It's an overall nice place with a good atmosphere and decent food, perfect for dining with family or a partner. The baked potato soup was flavorful and at the right temperature, and the complimentary bread and butter were always satisfactory. The steak was excellent, and the vegetables were fresh. It's a recommended spot, and the $7.99 cocktail special allowed us to enjoy a few drinks and had a good time.

Very disappointed in the changes that we witnessed at Outback. First off, there is no Happy Hour and decided to have the "All day drinks special" instead. Unfortunately the drinks ordered were way too sweet and were not able to finish them. My wife decided to order a glass of wine and found out later that the wine was less expensive and tasted way better than the cocktails.
Moving on to the food, the Prime Rib looked great, but extremely tough to cut!
The potatoes that we had were very good.
The service was great as usual.
We have enjoyed Outback restaurants for many years, but wondering if the Chain is heading in a wrong direction?
Love the brand and hopefully things will improve in the future.

My wife and l sat at the bar to enjoy a meal. Our server ( Soria) looked familiar and she recognized us but as we were in a conversation with another couple,Soria never said anything. As we were getting ready to leave she spoke up.Feb 27 1999 we were in a restaurant in Eugene.it was our wedding Day,my wife was in her wedding dress and Soria remembered us.(Almost 26 yrs ago).we were waiting for our bill so we could pay up and Soria informed us that another couple sitting close by had paid for our meal. It was an amazing evening our only regret is we didn't get a photo. As we no longer live in the area we hope to return to the restaurant and get a photo with Soria.

This Outback met the expectations that I was familiar with for an Outback restaurant. Food was good and staff was friendly.
