I went through the drive-through and realized my order was wrong once I got home. I called to resolve it, and the employee hung up on me as I was explaining. I called back about five times—different people answered, but every single one hung up on me. Eventually, they just stopped answering the phone.
On top of the terrible service, the food was bad. The rice was burnt, and the portions were tiny. I paid for two sesame chicken breasts but only received one. My teriyaki chicken was missing entirely; I got vegetables instead. Their attitude is terrible and the quality is getting worse. No wonder this place is going downhill.

The broccoli was completely uncooked. i know steaming/cooking it for 3 extra minutes wouldn’t kill you or your drive thru times. charging 8-10 dollars for a plate of crunchy broccoli is disappointing. giving two stars because those poor front of house people were getting overworked like crazy.

I never leave reviews on places but the last 4 times I’ve ate here has been awful. Every time I order on the app my order is always messed up and today I didn’t get my order for two hours because they gave me the wrong order. I won’t be returning after today please Panda Express train your employees better and get it together.

If I could give negative stars I would
I rarely ever leave reviews but the person I believe was the manager acted like a child and does not belong in customer service. The employees messed up our order then blamed us and yelled in the middle of the store for their own mistake. Completely unprofessional behavior. I will never return to a Panda Express again.

Im not a person that leaves reviews but this was by far the worst fast food I've had. Our food was undercooked, the ordertaking rushed us while ordering and we were missing one of the entrees on our bigger plate. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else

I waited over 25 minutes. Some of my food was cold. The drive up and 15 inside got their food before me. They told me it will be 3 minutes twice. I wanted to leave but I was ignored when I ask to get my money back. Finally they handed me my food and it was only half of my order. It took a couple more minutes to get someone to get the rest of my food.

Got to go yesterday. My Kung pao chicken had ONE PEANUT. I also got beef broccoli. Guess what, it had ONE STRIP OF MEAT, ONE. I also got the chow Mein. Tasted fine but it should have been called CABBAGE MEIN b/c that's all there was. Geez. Take some pride in your work. I mean... take a second to look at what your giving people. Lost my business.
