Can't even get a drive thru order correct.

Ordered a very large family meal and there was obvious collusion between the door dasher and a Panda worker. They took my large order and delivered a small half plate for "snow white". When I called panda to address the issue I was promptly hung up on. After numerous attempts to call back I was given the door dash number (which she seemingly knew suspiciously quick). I was scammed out of a large meal ultimately at the expense of door dash who issued a refund.
This place is a scam which is a shame because we like panda usually.

Made an online order (2/25) for pick up after work(we live almost an hour south). Picked up, drove home... should've checked each container, but didn't. Once home we looked in one of the plates and all that was in there is what appears to be someone else's leftovers or eaten rice. That's it...
I call because obviously we're upset and kinda grossed out. I call and ask if there is a manager to see what can be done and also let them know it appears we received a staff's leftovers?? If I was the manager I'd want to know if someone set their food down and someone else working, sent it out the drive thru window. Yuck. He tried to rush and cut me off everything I said or asked, I asked his name and he refused to give me his name.
He didn't seem at all concerned that they most likely gave someone's already eaten food(rice) to a customer.
Do better, and when you answer the phone, slow down so anyone calling can understand you.
The only thing done right in my opinion was he did refund the order, but at first he told me all he would do is "replace it free next time." Ummm, it was never free... and never received... Oh, and no 'next time' either. ✌️

How is it that nearly every time I go here, something is wrong?! I have the most simple order ever and they messed it up, but my family got way more complex orders and they were perfect. HOW?!

My sides were in my wife's plate and my wife's sides were in my plate. And they didn't give me both the sides I ordered. How is steamed rice crunchy? Hadn't been in a while and probably won't go back for a long time either. The only good part about dinner was I did not have to cook it.

Typical panda express, only they were busy and they had run out of noodles instead of rice, so their orders were very backed up and when it came time for them to make mine, I got less than half an order of noodles and they seem to put out when I mentioned it, but I have been to panda express plenty of times and I know how much you get when you order the biggerplate

Ordered food and a drink and they ended up giving the dasher the wrong drink and she tried getting their attention at the window but they slammed the window on her. So I made a call and this lady over the phone got extremely snotty over the phone. Definitely the worse experience I’ve had from panda. Not to mention I hardly got any orange chicken?

Waiting for about 5 or so minutes for somebody to come up and help me at the counter
Some dude came up behind me and had about four different plates of things he was getting and they took him first after I'd been waiting for somebody to at least acknowledge I was standing there
I will not be back
I don't care what your food tastes like. If your service sucks, you suck
This location sucks
And it looks like they're doing some kind of staff training at the same time and they still couldn't take care of a customer who'd been waiting there for a while
Edit: I will add, that two people took care of the person that had come in after me, while I stood there, right in front of both of them watching, and was completely ignored
Seriously, this place is garbage. There's a Far Man like right across the street. Half a block down. Absolutely go there before you go to this place

They suck! Zero stars!
This place is in constant struggle. They run a dine in, and drive-thru, and online orders nonstop, open until 1030pm
I've come in to find 30 minute lines to the door, I've stood by to pick up an online order for 25 minutes. The drive thru line blocks all their parking, so you have to park at the Starbucks and walk over.
I just placed an online order for pick up. Got there to find the dine in area closed, got into a 30 min drivethru line to grab my order. whole thing is cold. This steamed rice is in the kind of dried up clumps that tell you this was cold before they even made the order. This is like, leaving your steamed rice exposed to air for 6 hours after cooking crunchy
What's going on behind the counter at peak hours for this place is complete madness. they got two full rows of chefs on grills back there and they STILL cant keep up. Managers look like they're running a 3 ring circus on fire, as people from drive thru are cuttin in front of counter servers to get the last walnut shrimp for their order before the customer can point.
The people behind the counter are tryin man, but this whole place needs a massive remodel to the building to accomodate the order volume

Worst cooks and worst managers. The mananger was the one serving the food and because he was running out of food she stared cutting the portions to way to small but still charging the full prices. They filled up the togo boc with rice and only 5 pices of orange chicken and she did it to everyone because the cooks were so slow and only chatting the whole time and one lady cook got angry after the manager asked her about how long for the food ready. Never comeback here no more. The locations sucks specifically the parking lot is bad and the drive thru is worst.
They still charging me for a whole meal even i told the manager about it was not the right position of food. And he dint care.
