I must commend the manager or lead working at this location on Monday night. The place was slammed, drive thru backed up, delivery drivers waiting for orders, line forming inside and clearly not enough staff. The pressure to serve the customers was intense. However, the manager/ lead stayed calm, was friendly, apologetic, positive and would jump in and assist the areas that were struggling. She did not get upset with her staff, she lifted them up and helped them! She directed...
I like Panda Express generally but tonight I was disappointed. I ordered ala carte boxes and when I got home, one of the boxes were about 60% full. I didn't really feel like going back and knee the person behind the counter was being trained but no one was working with him and I thought I heard someone say something about being his first shift and it was busy, so understand that they were not able possibly to provide some help for him. I guess I have to check if I order again...
