It's a training location, no something everyone knows, but these employees are trying their hardest! To some this is their very first job, and it isn't easy! Food is portioned with scoops and weighed to capacity. Watch out though, the price for everything has gone up some over the years. I personally recommend their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, the variety of fresh fruit loaded on crunchy greens is PHENOMENAL! Get it in a YouPick2 with another smaller item and get a discount on both items! Please go in, say hi, and have a seat! Booths have plug-ins for charging your electronics! I don't recommend coming in during rush hours, service can get slow at times, but regardless the staff is going to be warm and welcoming! (Expecially if the air conditioning is out on the employee line, they can be nothing but very warm then)

1) No other Panera has ever done an upcharge for me to change the bagel my breakfast sandwich comes on. They charged me $0.89 for mine. 2) The service was slow, I ate here 4 days in a row and only once was the service comparable to other Paneras I have eaten at all over the country. 3) The kiosk for some reason did not remember my customization for my order like every other kiosk across the country, not sure why.

I was shocked at the prices at the place, let alone the awful food.
no one helped us us for 20 minutes while we sat there.
Once the server came by, we—three of us ordered.
The bread in the sandwiches was stale, the salad was inedible, and the soup was like out of a Campbell’s can— supposed to be chicken noodle, but maybe three tiny pieces of chicken.
We, and I in particular, will never go back to this place. If you value your money and have a sense of taste, save yourself from some aggravation and don’t go!

I love panera! I was so excited to try their egg beni sandwich but there was nooo sauce :( please add more sauce! It didnt taste anything like eggs beni, it was still delicious but very dry.

this pleace isn't clean. Came here for my birthday with family and didn't want to stay to eat. Couldn't believe how there wasn't a clean table in the pleace, even the chair you could not set on. There was only about 10 people in the store. when I ask someone about cleaning the table, they would till me to go ask someone else. We took are food togo and had to fine somewhere we could all go to eat. I will think twice about going here again.

Great place to meet up for coffee. Quiet enough for conversation. Ask for a ceramic coffee cup. (Instead of disposable)
Everything at this store is pure garbage. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They mess up my wife's food. EVERY TIME without fail. It's freaking TUNA not chicken salad. Like read the ticket how is it that hard. I have talked to the so called managers several times and no one is held accountable no one gives a crap and nothing is ever done. I have been so done with this place for a long time but my wife insists she still wants it every once in awhile and it extremely pisses me off because I always end up wasting my money.

I miss the days when they had a person at the front cash register all the time. If you are willing to wait for service, they will still help you and take your order if you don't want to use the kiosk on your own.

Everyone is always so nice and communicative, especially when they're busy, they always let me know the wait time. The morning crew (about 6am) is always so fast too, I got at least once every weekend in the morning and they're always so kind to me and speedy with my order, always comes out fresh.
