3/15 Cancelled Sip Club and I'm just not coming back to Panera. Drove 15 minutes, tried to place an order in the app and it tells me there's an extended wait of over 30 minutes and that I need to accept a new time (for a single menu item). It's always something. First a 20% offer valid for today only wouldn't load from their email, then the order delay, the tables are never clean, drive thru patrons get service before dine-in customers. Clearly they don't need my business. I'll go to Winco and buy their premade sandwich on an Asiago Bagel and some soup.

Considering the price to value ration, I expect Panera Bread to have a CLEAN drink station with properly maintained and functioning equipment. The Mountain Dew will continue to run all day until it decides it's time to shut off, the why the lids and napkins are stored is gross because you have to reach into a cubby that's under everything that splatters anything sticky. Even the electrical plug on the wall is disgustingly splattered with sticky. I've come here 3 days in a row, and nothing has been thoroughly cleaned. It makes me hesitate, because I wonder if they even remove the nozzles at closing time to sanitize them and prevent mold growth? ... Please, do better, I love Panera and pay for Sip Club.
The GM needs to walk thru and look at the details. Have someone wipe the walls, get a more sanitary setup going.

Portions are great, people are friendly, but GM and AGMs need to reinforce a through job needs to be done with maintaining things, or get a dedicated person like a lead to do it. May want to rethink giving every customer 2 patts of butter also, that's a lot of waste for us who don't use them.

I ordered the new bagel stack and it was nothing like the advertisement. It barely had anything in it, not generous in portion or quality like the commercial. I do not recommend this item on the menu.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches this morning.

I requested a tomato basil BLT but the store used sourdough instead of the tomato basil bread and left the tomatoes off the sandwich. It was an untoasted, wholly unsatisfying experience.

My long standing opinion of Panera’s lack of care and quality was reinforced. Don’t bother eating here.

Got a gift card and went to purchase food. Price was double what is advertised online. The answer I got from customer service is "some locations have a higher price than others" when the price jump was nearly 50%. Ridiculous.

Honestly they usually are pretty good so i have 4 stars but they just made me the saddest sandwich I’ve ever seen and for $12 id hoped it be better

Worst service ever, ordered online to take out, they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but took them 30 minutes to bring it… when questioned they didn’t have an answer, even didn’t apologize. Bought it home and opened it and there was tiny bit of avocado and dry cilantro in it, didn’t even eat it, will never go there again.

I parked and noticed the lights were dim and it looked closed at 8:30pm Saturday night. When I walked in the door the first thing I heard was a lazy minded female employee in the back rudely yelling “don’t customers know to not to order from a restaurant 30 minutes before closing?” I went to the counter and heard the female tell the male worker before he rang me up “I don’t know, just make up something” anyways I told him my order and I went to pay with a gift card and the guy lied and told me my gift card was inactive. Until then I was a regular customer and use the same gift card all the time for my purchases. I left the store and went in the next day and the card worked fine. They will make the store looked closed 30 minutes before closing then complain when you walk in anyway. Then they go as far as lie to you so they don’t have to ring anything up. If you don’t understand the restaurant business work in a different industry.

They were very nice but when I got my grilled cheese it was just straight up warmed bread and 2 slices of those fake american cheese slices. My brother got the exact same thing when he went too.

I ordered balsamic chicken greens with grains salad. There wasn’t an ounce of chicken in my salad and almost no grains. My daughter ordered a Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT. It had no bacon.

Every damn time I order the green goddess Cobb salad from here they forget KEY ingredients. For it being $15 for this salad, it’s quite frustrating. This time they left out the chicken and pickled onions.. of course when you’re ordering through the drive thru you usually don’t see your food until you get home, so unfortunately it was another L for me. Sucks because this use to be my favorite salad to get back in the day when they actually use to remember to add all the ingredients. Careful if you’re getting food through the drive thru, always check your food if you can to make sure everything is there & you aren’t getting ripped off.
