We ordered our food to be ready at 11:10 am and we ordered it at 915 in the morning. So plenty of notice. Our order was not ready until 1125 and that was after talking to the manager. No apologies for being behind and a snippy young lady that said we had a huge order and should have ordered through catering. We ordered 3 pick 2 sandwich and salads. The sandwiches were ready long before the salads and by the time we got our order they were like warm. At least this time they actually got the order correct

The drive thru line is ridiculously bad I literally am the third car in line I've been waiting over 20 minutes each car takes forever for them to even give them the order and most the orders look quite small this place needs to get their crap together

Amazing coffee, but they don't have a way of knowing when it's empty other than the customer telling them, so I often have to wait for more to be made before filling my cup.

Usually I always have a good experience when I go to Panera and the food is great, but this visit wasn’t the best. We waited over an hour for our food even though it wasn’t that busy. I also noticed an electric fireplace with exposed wires, which made me nervous since I was letting my two year old walk around he could’ve easily grabbed them. The bathroom sinks were also kind of dirty. Hopefully, this was just an off day, because I normally really enjoy coming here.

I thought this was fast food? Went in at 12:55 ordered.Finally received my food 25 minutes later. Friendly staff good food.
It's a training location, no something everyone knows, but these employees are trying their hardest! To some this is their very first job, and it isn't easy! Food is portioned with scoops and weighed to capacity. Watch out though, the price for everything has gone up some over the years. I personally recommend their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, the variety of fresh fruit loaded on crunchy greens is PHENOMENAL! Get it in a YouPick2 with another smaller item and get a discount on both items! Please go in, say hi, and have a seat! Booths have plug-ins for charging your electronics! I don't recommend coming in during rush hours, service can get slow at times, but regardless the staff is going to be warm and welcoming! (Expecially if the air conditioning is out on the employee line, they can be nothing but very warm then)

1) No other Panera has ever done an upcharge for me to change the bagel my breakfast sandwich comes on. They charged me $0.89 for mine. 2) The service was slow, I ate here 4 days in a row and only once was the service comparable to other Paneras I have eaten at all over the country. 3) The kiosk for some reason did not remember my customization for my order like every other kiosk across the country, not sure why.

I was shocked at the prices at the place, let alone the awful food.
no one helped us us for 20 minutes while we sat there.
Once the server came by, we—three of us ordered.
The bread in the sandwiches was stale, the salad was inedible, and the soup was like out of a Campbell’s can— supposed to be chicken noodle, but maybe three tiny pieces of chicken.
We, and I in particular, will never go back to this place. If you value your money and have a sense of taste, save yourself from some aggravation and don’t go!

I love panera! I was so excited to try their egg beni sandwich but there was nooo sauce :( please add more sauce! It didnt taste anything like eggs beni, it was still delicious but very dry.
