I ordered a pizza last Saturday. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had $35. For a medium pizza There was nothing on it. I paid five dollars for delivery and I gave a tip. I would not recommend this place. This is Thursday. I have four pieces left. It’s going in the garbage

We did a last minute birthday party for our 13 year old and didn't have much time to prepare. The staff was so incredibly kind. I forgot a knife for the cake, and not only did they provide one, they also offered us a pack of candles. They also brought all the kids coupons for free pizzas and gave our son a free t shirt. For being last minute (due to some unforseen circumstances) they really made our little party special and memorable. Thank you Papas staff!

Decent place for a kid's birthday. I like the pizza here and everything. I don't have any complaints. The main difference between this location and the one I typically go to in Eugene is that the playroom for the children has different attractions and the layout of the building is a bit different. But something I love about Papa's that seems true across the board is that the people who work there are friendly and helpful. If you don't have kids, another thing I like about Papa's pizza parlor is the Tuesday lunch special that comes with pizza, a drink, and access to the salad bar. I think it's $12-15 a person? It's nice.

I have always loved their pizza for the 50+ years I've lived here, but I ordered pizza last night to pickup and it was the worse pizza I've ever eaten. I ordered a half pepperoni with lean beef and onion and half Canadian bacon. The crust was thick, dry and tasteless. I didnt order thick crust it seems they've changed their crust, it was not a good change. I didn't taste much puzza sauce and I couldn't find ay onion or lean beef and there was very little pepperoni, there was slightly more Canadian bacon, but all in all I wonder what I paid $43.00 for? I never thought I would say this, but I don't think I'll go back again. I know of at least 2 other pizza places in Springfield that have really good pizza. So disappointed and worse I paid a lot for that disappointment.

The best Pizza I've ever had. I used to live in Springfield in the 90's, and would eat at Papas frequently. The crust, and pizza sauce is outstanding! I do not eat pork, so I'm limited on protein I will eat...... and their lean ground beef is delicious, it Isn't that prepackaged spongy beef you get at other pizza joints. When I drive through the Springfield area, I buy a pizza / pizzas and freeze it for easy dinners........ thats how delicious their pizza is. It's a little expensive, but you get what you paid for

The employees work hard, the pizza is never cut all the way through.
Came into town and had the family meet up for dinner and visit and we were very happy.
Eugene location is way better and they don't charge a arm and a leg for ranch won't be coming back to this Springfield location
