Papa's Pizza Parlor Springfield

The best Pizza I've ever had. I used to live in Springfield in the 90's, and would eat at Papas frequently. The crust, and pizza sauce is outstanding! I do not eat pork, so I'm limited on protein I will eat...... and their lean ground beef is delicious, it Isn't that prepackaged spongy beef you get at other pizza joints. When I drive through the Springfield area, I buy a pizza / pizzas and freeze it for easy dinners........ thats how delicious their pizza is. It's a little expensive, but you get what you paid for

The employees work hard, the pizza is never cut all the way through.

Came into town and had the family meet up for dinner and visit and we were very happy.

Eugene location is way better and they don't charge a arm and a leg for ranch won't be coming back to this Springfield location

That's a place down there in Springfield Oregon that me and my pops have gone forever even when I was a little kid

Always the best service. Always smiling no matter how busy they are. Their food is so delicious. I do find it odd, though, that if you order a pizza with mushrooms on it, you get canned mushrooms. Unless you ask for fresh. And the prices are a bit crazy, but i guess it's worth it.

We were just at Papas Pizza - Springfield location. Sat at a table by the play area. Two other tables had “Reserved” signs on the tables. We sat at one that did not. We were there maybe 35min when we came in from the play area and was told by a lady who was throwing a birthday party that we needed to vacate the table as she had reserved all three tables for their party.

I told her there was not a “reserved” sign on the table and none of the employees told us we could not sit there as they had seen us there. Basically got kicked out by this lady.

Did not appreciate that experience and will not be back anytime soon.

Order at the counter, then go to any open/available table, and wait for them to call your name or order number.

The pricing and the pizzas are excellent!

However, the cleanliness of the salad bar and bathrooms can be better. Perhaps its not ideal to have a salad bar near the enterance of the restrooms, with all the open floor space. Also, we received our appetizers 20 minutes after the pizza arrived. The menu says that the chicken wings comes with celery. Ours came with tortilla chips ?

Worst experience ever. 2.5 hours later; no pizza and told me I could “cancel my order on the app”. Used Door Dash since their delivery is slow and it’s a Friday (didn’t want cold pizza so paid extra to Dash). Realized after ordering they’ve elected through Door Dash to do all deliveries, so I was still stuck. Bad service when calling and after 2.5 hours was told to just cancel my order. I was very polite and am super disappointed in their service.

I had my son's 18th Birthday here and I was blown away with how friendly the staff was. Not only is their food amazing but they have a big enough area for the whole family. If you have not tried the dragon breadsticks I highly recommend you do!
