The girl on the phone when I called to place my pizza order! I was on hold for 20 minutes. Not sure why I waited on hold for that long. Papas pizza can be good, but the service not so much.

Update - went today for lunch and my tomatoes were forgotten once again!! How has this been an issue for over 20 years? It's really ridiculous Cheese was also all congealed and weird and cold. I don't think they put my pizza in the warmer before I got there

This is a horrible establishment. When I was trying to play with my 4 year old son in the play area this idk 14-15 year old looking girl told me to either play with him "nicely" or let him be and just watch and when I said ok and just watched she said I was to old to be in "8 year old and below" section. I assume she said this because I look 15 when im actually 18. This really made me super mad. I actually can't believe that this employee has the audacity to tell my kid to stop playing "meanly" even when he was just playing tag and he accidentally tripped this girl. And then she told this discord mod looking guy about us probably making up lies and then he just says that we HAVE TO LISTEN TO HER really rudely. And this really upseted my son to the point of tears, And let's not forget about that I found Hairs in my pizza and when I went to talk about it with the manager he told me to "cry about it" and "move on". I really hope you guys know that you're getting a 1 star

I wish I would of taken photos of this Papas Pizza, unfortunately I did not. This papas pizza was more accommodating than they needed to be and I can't begin to explain how much that meant to me. I reallllyyyy appreciated everything they did.We took our fresh 4 yr. Old swimming before hand for her bday and I had made a reservation for 5/530 we ended up wrapping things up early so we called go see if they had space for our party early. While I understood they they most likely didn't have a room for us I just wanted to know if they had open table space our 4 family's could sit near each other for. They said yes, but the tables wouldn't be together and that was absolutely fine with us. When we arrived, I was surprised to find that they had reserved 3 tables for us. I felt as though they had gone above and beyond for us when they did not need to. Papas has THE BEST taco pizza! The staff is young, but they were kind, helpful and on top of that very busy. I also forgot candles and something to cut our cake... they helped me out tremendously.10/10 I would recommend this establishment :)Thank you for a great time and amazing service.

Great pizza, they have a enclosed play area, also a person back there keeping an eye on everything. Nice staff.Parking: Handicap parking, lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Play area, one entrance and exit to play area so kiddos won't go wander on the parking lot, there's usually someone in the play area watching over things. The girls are really great with the kids, my son loves to go play with the workers in the play areaWheelchair accessibility: Not lots of stairs, wheelchair ramp.

Mostly kids on staff so they aren't always as polite or professional as they could be. The food is usually pretty good. Lots of flavor. Wish they would bring the nacho cheese fries with jalapenos back on the menu . Pitchers of drinks and pizzas add up so can get spendy. Signing up for birthday coupons and saving the ones on the boxes helps. The play place is amazing and totally worth it if you have hyper kids. Lots of video games too.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free pizzaKid-friendliness: The indoor playground is sort of like the old McDonald's play place but bigger and better. They have people to monitor it but you need to supervise your kids because there are often a lot of children and they can hurt each other.

Service is not good I spent $45 on me and my son to have dinner I asked for a Togo ranch he said .50 cents I asked for a lid then for the ranch I already had and he again tried to charge me .50 cents then rolled his eyes- this guy was the manager LOL. Not to mention the fact they tried to clear my table even when my full pizza was there and my sons shoes.

The attendant of the game room climbed up to help my toddler get out of the play structure when he went in and got scared. I had my younger son with me as well and so I was so grateful for her help (this was 5pm-ish 3/11/24). She was very attentive and was keeping the area safe and clean.I love the pizza, (Mt. Bachelor is my favorite!) but the atmosphere and caring service makes this place really special.

Pizza was great. Service was sub par. Pizza was ordered to go and when it was done, it was placed behind the counter and the number was never called. Only after 50 min. did we ask about it, it was discovered sitting behind the counter. Poor job Papa's.
