my pizza was burnt on the bottom and i ordered ranch which was NOT free and didnt get it, $6 worth of ranch. didn’t even get one. the restaurant and grubhub both refused to refund me. i regret not reading reviews before ordering from here. don’t reccomend at all. i recommend R Pizza instead

Typical business model. Start off giving everything the customer wants, then, when the business gets popular, you start making those extras that were free now have to be paid for. It's been a while since I was in one of these places.

Food was very VERY mid 😬 SO underwhelming. I got an 11” original crust, cheesy bread, and salad. It was expensive. Cost me $50 for delivery including tip. Let's start with the pizza. Crust tasted like that cheap premade crust you can get to make your own pizzas. Sauce was WAY too light. The pizza was very dry. Toppings too light. Cheesy bread was ok when it was smothered in sauce. Salad was correct but they only offer ranch or Italian so I used my own. Got three stars because food was correct. 2 stars on food flavor and price.

Can you give zero stars? I ordered 2 pizzas and they were both incorrect. I called to try and fix my order and the guy who answered sounded very stoned, which could explain the mistakes, but was essentially ignored and talked over with "uhhs" and " umms". Not a fan.

My son got me some today as a surprise and I gotta say this is pizza like I devoured it sooo good

This is twice now that we’ve drove here from thurston only to find a handwritten closed sign on the door with no explanation as to why or when they would reopen. I’m sore the surrounding restaurants love their disorganization and poor management.

What the heck. First they lost the first two pizzas. How does that happen?
Then watched them make my pizza, then they put it under a heat lamp in a box for 15 minutes while I stood there. Tried to get their attention for them to just ignore me instead of hand over the pizza or call it out.

Out of A LOT of ingredients, out of ice, all the zero sugar soda options were out, ranch is $1.25 per cup, and the advertising was not accurate. Employees were nice and friendly, and food tasted good but bad experience. Will go to other diy pizza place from now on.

Best crust I've ever had. Thick, crispy, no raw dough even in the thickest parts. Absolutely lovely.

Pizza was pretty good. Would've been a better atmosphere, if the music playing in the background was better. I think I'd rather have listened to nails scratching across a blackboard than what we were assailed with, while eating. These kind of things matter, if you want a good atmosphere. There are still some people who don't want to choke down their food while listening to obscenities or a voice sing-yelling that makes a cat fight sound more preferable. Music was not only offensive, it was horrible. Pizza was good, service was friendly, but different music would make it better.
