Absolutely disgusting food. Husband had the short ribs, should have stated short rib . So greasy he could only eat half the rest was fat. I had the avocado burger which was subpar as well. The patty taster like lighter fluid. The bun fell apart right away so I looked like a 3 year old eating it . Fries were cold and limp. The ketchup I guess was supposed to be fancy but they missed.

I have been a long time patron of this establishment. I was certifiably robbed by a new hire bartender. Tipped 2$ on a 7$ tab and was cashed out as tipping 10$. Managers admitted fault and refunded but problem, unapologetic offender still as a job. Be warned.

10/13/25 Our waitress/bartender tonight was amazing — she didn’t just serve us, she connected with us. She shared genuine comraderie and made the whole table feel like old friends catching up instead of customers. That kind of warmth and energy made our night.

The Simple Travels
Really great dive and love the selection of craft beers. Not overcrowded but lovely enough. Would love if there were a monitor or two to catch news or a sporting event, but good company can remedy that pretty easily. Overall, would return for certain.

I went there today with two friends, The food was amazing, I had the smash burger with fries. They make their own ranch it was out of this world. Next friend has the fish and chips she loved and last friend had the classic burger and fries. The food is worth what you pay for it trust me. Our waitress was the sweetest great service. Last but not least my hats off to the Chef. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, will definitely be back :)

Had a terrible experience at this place. Met up with an old friend to have a quick bite to eat before heading home to Albany. I had my 1 year old son with me. We tried to sit away from everyone since my son was already a little ansy from being in the car for so long, since it was open seating and not to busy we chose a big table in the corner away from everyone since the rest of the tables were to high for a highchair. This one waitress approaches us and asks us rudely how many people we had and tells us to find a different table. We should have left then... but we proceeded to find another table. The only table suitable for a highchair was by everyone else. We ordered our drinks and food. My son was excited about his grapes and started squealing. Granted he did it a few times but what can you do about a 1 year old!? Absolutely nothing! The same waitress is taking food out to a table outside and yells from the door over to our table that I need to quiet down my son that people are complaining. Mind you she was not friendly about it and was extremely rude. Even another table who had a child looked back at her with their mouths wide open. I couldn't even believe my own ears. We decided to leave at this point. Told our waiter what happened and that we were leaving without paying. Someone needs to put that lady's attitude into check or be fired. The audacity!
We stopped at this restaurant to have drinks and socialize for a moment. We sat down at the outdoor seating. A waitress told us we could not sit there because we did not order food. We replied that we had bought drinks. She asked us to move or leave. We said that after we finished our drinks, we would go, but instead, she got her manager and had us removed from the restaurant. The waitress and manager were rude and aggressive, and didn't try to reseat us. I will never return until they improve their customer service and wait staff.

Bad bar staff. The good ones all left. Service is given only to their friends and the workers after their dmshift sitting g around and drinking for free.

Had tasting flights of beer, fish tacos and French dip with fries. All was good and server friendly and efficient. Great for a Sunday late afternoon.

Service was fine, space is nice. But of the four people who ordered dinner, three were average to poor especially for the price. Highlight was friend artichoke appetizer. Lowlights was Nashville hot chicken sandwich (way over sauced, tiny portion of chicken) and smash burger (just the normal patty a little but thinner with zero crispiness or seasoning). Similar menu to any other brew pub. Maybe the beer is good, didn’t have any drinks, but will not go here for food again.
