My family and I came here on 4/19. My mom ordered us a pizza to share and after 45 mins no food. We ask for an update “10-15 more mins.” We check after 20 “15-20 mins” Actually an awful experience. Staff was also very rude to my mother.

Highlight of an eventful roadtrip was surprisingly our first night “passing through” Springfield, Oregon. Public House has an amazing vibe and great food / drinks. O’My mini donuts knocked it out of the park with these peanut butter donuts oh my gosh. I think we might’ve been too loud enjoying them so much lol. Loved them so much that we stopped in Springfield a second time on our way home just to get them again and continue on. Also, the Latin kitchen restaurant did a great job with the nachos and put time and effort into making them perfect. Looked and tasted great. Appreciate it.

Genuinely a wonderful place. Beautiful building, great food, service, and many fun drinks to try. The person who made my food put way more care into the presentation than I was expecting and it really elevated it. Good live music as well. Not from around here but plan to circle back!

Bartenders are decent, good atmosphere and good selection of beer but the people who work at the food places have no customer service nor do they care about fixing problems.On one of our visits we waited 50 minutes for shaved ice. After going to the counter the girls working there said "oh sorry we couldn't hear our phone notification for your order over our music" as they were blasting loud music.The pizza place is basically inedible because the dough is soooo raw. We've given the pizza 2nd and 3rd chances over the course of a few years and every single time the dough is extremely raw. Burger place is so-so but overpriced and not all that great
