I lived in Germany for five years where the bread is amazing. I missed the high quality, fresh bread until I found Saverio’s. I live in San Jose, CA and I always buy multiple loaves of various breads at Saverio's when in Springfield and fly it home to California. Springfield is lucky to have Saverio’s with an amazing selection of high quality fresh bread!!
I am fortunate that I am a three minute walk from this bakery. You open the door and the smell invites you in. This small business has some of the best sour dough bread ever. The customer service goes way beyond great. The ham and cheese featured in the picture were incredible. It is obvious generous portion of love goes into creating the breads.
Amazing bread... lucky to have this place here.
