I am fortunate that I am a three minute walk from this bakery. You open the door and the smell invites you in. This small business has some of the best sour dough bread ever. The customer service goes way beyond great. The ham and cheese featured in the picture were incredible. It is obvious generous portion of love goes into creating the breads.

You know it's a serious place when you walk in to a display case, and after that is sacks of flour, ovens, and workspace. Croissant and pan du chocolat look very tasty. Many other loaves are available as well.

This is a small independent bakery with absolutely incredible bread, I cannot recommend enough. The French baguette and the ciabatta were so good, best I have had in Springfield or Eugene. Will definitely be returning
