Omigod, this is the best bread I've had since moving from New Jersey!! Super tasty, perfect crust, fair price, and love the sweet little spot. Hands down the best bread in Eugene/Springfield area.

Very good french bakery with focused selection. Rye bread was wonderful as were the croissants and pan au Chocolat. Baguettes we're crusty. Definitely a find of you are on Springfield. There is usually a line waiting at opening which tells you something.

The chocolate scone is the best pastry I've ever had in my entire life. It's only open to the public one day a week, so you can count on me lining up outside the door every Saturday like it's a Best Buy on Black Friday.

Incredible bread and more! This is the real deal and so welcome in Springfield. I’m somewhat of a bread snob and a harsh critic. This is some of the best bread I’ve had this side of Italy! You can tell the baker/owner puts love into his work.

A loaf of perfection. The crust is crunchy crisp chewy. The inside is springy with great flavor. Just spread butter on your first slice and eat it plain, with eyes closed. The part of you, long forgotten, that has lost touch the breads of your ancestral past will awaken. They use Camas Mills flours, so supports local economy. Elevates a sandwich or a bread pudding to heights unknown.

Incredible bread and more! This is the real deal and so welcome in Springfield. I’m somewhat of a bread snob and a harsh critic. This is some of the best crusty, chewy bread I’ve had this side of Italy. You can tell that the baker/owner, Tony, puts love into his work.

The best croissants I've had in years! Buttery, flakey, perfect. I look forward to trying everything they make. This is truly a hidden gem. I showed up about 45 minutes after opening on a Saturday morning and there was a line, but nothing bad. I'm so glad Springfield has a wonderful bakery like this!

Had my first run and taste. Bought 2 baguettes and one rye large bread. Beautifully made and great crush and softness combine. Will buy again. Beware long lines early mornings.

Sourdough is to die for! So crispy outside and tender on the inside.
